MS & US (6th - 12th grades) — BOYS
Dress Uniform Day



• No shorts allowed on Dress Uniform Day.
• White Oxford shirts do not need to be branded with the school crest and may be purchased through Max & Alice or any store of choice, as long as the style is consistent with school expectations.


• REQUIRED: NCS neck tie or bow tie through Max and Alice School Uniforms

MS & US (6th - 12th grades) — GIRLS

Outerwear
NCS Eagle Spirit Store
Additional outerwear options are available.



• REQUIRED:
Only NCS Eagle Spirit Store outerwear and team-approved jackets will be accepted over uniform on a Standard School Day.
Other cold-weather items (such as scarves, hats, gloves) may be worn to and from school but should be removed indoors.

Spirit Wear Fridays & Outerwear:
All spirit wear worn on Fridays and outerwear on uniform days must come only from the NCS Eagle Spirit Store or be approved team outerwear . Items purchased from other vendors or sources are not approved as part of the school uniform .
ALL GRADES:
• Shirts must be tucked in at all times
• Khaki pants or shorts may be purchased from Max & Alice or any retailer of your choice . Please ensure they meet school dress code standards (no cargo styles, joggers, or excessively tight/loose fits).
• Footwear approved for standard school day include: closed-toe, closed-heel shoes such as athletic shoes, loafers, or flats.
• Non-NCS outerwear must be kept in cubbies or lockers during the school day .
• Clothing that has holes or is frayed (including denim), faded, camouflage, tie-dyed, or sleeveless is not permitted.
• Caps, hats, sweatshirt hoods, bandannas, and scarves worn as hats are not permitted in the building .
• Nose rings are not allowed .
ALL — PreK 4 - 5th grades:
• Undergarments, tattoos of any kind, including Henna, pen/marker, and body piercings must NOT be visible at any time, at the administration’s discretion .
• Hair must not be a distraction to the learning environment or to oneself or others . Extreme hairstyles or colors are not permitted . Hair must be natural color, neat, and groomed; it should not draw undue attention .
• Students must have athletic shoes daily for gym class; therefore, please be mindful of shoe selections and the amount of time it takes for children to change into shoes each day when going to gym class .
BOYS — PreK 4 - 5th grades:
• No facial hair .
GIRLS — PreK 4 - 5th grades:
Makeup should not be worn to school
ALL — 6th -12th grades:
• Undergarments, tattoos, and body piercings must NOT be visible at any time .


• PE students are required to wear the NCS PE shirt and shorts . Leggings must have shorts over them .
• Dress Uniform days require dress shoes in neutral colors (black, brown, navy, or gray). No sneakers, sandals, or boots on dress uniform days .
BOYS — Grades 6th -12th:
• No hair adornment or accessories allowed (this includes headbands, ponytail holders, hairpins, barrettes, clips, etc). No ponytails, buns, or similar styling is allowed.
• Extreme hairstyles or colors are not permitted . Hair must be natural color, neat, and groomed .; it should not draw undue attention or be a distraction to the learning environment .
• Facial hair is permitted in grades 9-12, given that it is neat and tidy with a clean, visible edge under the trimmed length of 1 5 in or 4 .5 mm on an electric razor .
• Earrings are not allowed .
GIRLS — Grades 6th -12th:
• Extreme hairstyles or colors are not permitted . Hair must be natural color, neat, and groomed; it should not draw undue attention . No wraps, tinsel, or other distracting accessories are allowed . for more information SCAN Here:
