Your child’s education is one of the most important investments you will ever make. And, for most families, investing in an independent school education requires careful financial consideration.
At Nashoba Brooks, we believe elementary and middle school education provides an essential foundation for our students as learners and as leaders. Children who develop a love for learning in their early years will continue to find joy in learning throughout their lives.
While the costs associated with providing outstanding educational opportunities for your child can be substantial, the many benefits—exceptional teachers, small classes, differentiated instruction, and support in the pursuit of personal excellence through academics, athletics, and the arts—are invaluable.
In an effort to make a Nashoba Brooks educational experience more accessible, our Board of Trustees adopted the reVision Tuition Plan to reduce tuition each year for three years, starting in 2021-22, while sustaining our longstanding commitment to providing financial assistance to qualified families. As you consider both the value of and investment in a Nashoba Brooks education, you will also see our commitment to making costs transparent, sustainable, and affordable for families.
TUITION AND FEES
Tuition at Nashoba Brooks School, including grade-level mandatory fees, provides for all costs associated with delivering a high quality, child-centered academic program. TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

Families may choose one of three payment plans. Families who select Plan A agree to pay the full tuition in one payment, due by June 30, before the school year begins. Families who choose Plan B pay tuition in three payments (50% by June 30; 25% by October 30; and 25% by January 30), and families who select Plan C pay tuition in 10 equal payments (May 1 through February 1). There are no additional fees associated with the selection of Plans B or C.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Nashoba Brooks School strives to build and maintain a community where diversity in all its forms is supported and celebrated, and where students are enrolled based on their individual strengths and not on their families’ financial circumstances. We encourage families to apply for financial assistance if they are unable to afford full tuition on a 10-month payment schedule. All financial assistance awards are based upon a family’s demonstrated need, as assessed through Clarity, a financial assistance application system. Awards vary depending upon demonstrated need and the amount of money available in the School’s financial assistance budget. Additionally, the financial assistance committee recognizes the costs of our extended day and supervised study programs. The determined grant percentage for tuition will automatically be applied to the cost of these auxiliary programs. Roughly 22% of our students receive need-based financial assistance.
