Late Check-In: Until 9 pm. Should your journey lead you to us after 6 pm, rest assured you can still settle in until 9 pm A nominal fee of ₱200 applies for late check-ins
Check out: We kindly request your check out STRICTLY by 12 pm This ensures ample time for preparations for our next guests.
Grace Period for Late Check-Outs: For every 30-minute extension, a fine of ₱750 applies

Payment and Deposit Information: To secure your reservation, the full amount is required Additionally, a refundable security deposit of ₱5000 will be collected by the caretaker during check-in This deposit will be promptly refunded after a thorough inspection during check-out Any costs incurred due to damages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund
Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior: 50% refund
Cancellation 15 to 30 days prior: 75% refund
Cancellation 31 days and over Full refund
Rescheduling: We offer the convenience of one-time rescheduling, provided it's done at least 14 days before the initial check-in date.
Notification Process: In cases of cancellation or rebooking, please communicate via Messenger or Instagram, unless circumstances involve natural calamities. Your understanding and adherence to these policies are greatly appreciated.

Weight and Breed Limitations:
We welcome pets with a weight of up to 40 lbs. This includes breeds such as Beagles, French Bulldogs, Pugs, and similar-sized companions
Maintaining Cleanliness and Comfort:
Throughout your pet's stay, they must wear diapers, and owners are kindly requested to promptly clean up after them to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
Preserving Cabin Hygiene: We kindly ask that they refrain from sofas and beds to preserve the cleanliness and comfort of our cabins Additional fees may be applied if fur, stains, or odors are detected on furniture.
