As Regional Vice President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers' (NAREB) Region XV, I would like to welcome all the attendees and commend the NAREB on planning a successful Mid-Winter Conference held in beautiful San Diego, CA, February 23rd to February 26th, 2023.

Region XV's motto for 2023 is “Lead by Example: Leadership is Not a Position, It’s an Action!” This year’s conference schedule holds true to this motto as it is full of sessions like “Money Managing Hack$”, “Master Your Mindset”, “Create a Movement With Your Digital Footprint”, and the pre-conference training sessions that will equip and motivate our members to reach their full potential.

NAREB, your continued success year after year isn't built on hope alone; it comes from strength and hard work. It takes the kind of passion dedication and innovation that separates the "Good" from the "Great". and the "Great" from the "Extraordinary". It takes a vision, a plan, and steadfast commitment to what it takes to see it through! Our President, Lydia Pope, Chairman of the Board, the Executive Board, Board of Directors, Local Board Presidents, Committee Chairs, and Members have shown their heartfelt devotion to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and its mission and goals. I am more than PROUD to serve as your Regional Vice President and a longstanding member of NAREB.

I encourage you to continue to Lead by Example. Keep proving to the Nation that your Actions are instrumental to your Position as we are "The Premier Network of Black Real Estate Professionals", the champions of “Democracy in Housing”, and the driving force of increasing Black Homeownership and Black Generational Wealth Building now and forever!
