This allows everyone from the Client and their Design Team through to Project Costing Teams, Main Contractors and Specialist sub-contractors to work in a fully collaborative environment. Delivery of LMC Modular pods is planned at design stage to ensure lateral forces are eliminated and the structural integrity of each POD is guaranteed on each lift. Once the Pods have been delivered to site LMC ensure they are positioned in their exact final position. To ensure the ease of movement of the pods from the landing bay to final position we have developed our bespoke jack and wheel system.
SIGN OFF & A FTE R C A R E All LMC orders commence with the production of a benchmark POD that is signed off by all parties, this is the standard that must be achieved for each POD on that particular site. Each POD from commencement to completion is traceable. Using our ISO 9001 Certified Quality Control procedures, each POD is numbered and every stage of the process is monitored and certified by our dedicated QC staff. On delivery to site our mobile technicians inspect each POD to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We work closely with the
On completion of the design phase a complete submittal pack is issued to the client for approval. On submittal approval we produce a fully finished Pod for delivery to site or factory inspection. On completion of each pod they are mechanically and electrically tested and certified by our competent qualified engineers and they are then wrapped and ready for transport to site.
