Our Story

Fine Moments is a husband-and-wife-owned greeting card company based just outside Chicago in Wilmette, Illinois. Before entering the retail greeting card space in June 2020, we spent over 15 years honing our craft in the direct-to-consumer market, designing thousands of cards through exclusivity deals with companies like Tiny Prints and Shutterfly.

Our foil-pressed line represents the evolution of that experience, created to fill a void for greeting cards that appeal equally to men and women who value clean, modern design. These sleek and uncluttered cards are for those who live by the motto, ‘less is more.’

Jason often takes the lead on design, while Hae focuses on lead generation and relationship-building. However, their paths regularly cross, and many card ideas are born from Hae’s early morning runs, where she dreams up compelling headlines and hooks.

We’re also committed to giving back. A portion of every order supports One Tree Planted, helping fund global reforestation efforts.

PRICES & POLICIES

ORDER MINIMUMS:

Opening orders are $150 USD, reorders are $100 USD.

CREDIT:

Visa, MC and AMEX are accepted. Net 30 terms are subject to approval and available upon request. There is a $30 service fee for any returned checks.

PLACING YOUR ORDER:

Orders can be placed on our website, by email, or by phone.

ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE:

You can apply to be a wholesaler on our website. Wholesale applications are typically reviewed and verified within 3 business days. Once verified you will receive an email confirmation, along with instructions.

PACKAGING:

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed card sets cannot be broken up and sold individually. Our single cards come packaged in open cello sleeves and can be omitted upon request.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:

New orders will not be shipped to past due accounts. Any accounts that are beyond 90 days past due will be placed on credit card terms.

TURNAROUND TIME:

We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days from your order date, excluding holidays. Please contact us regarding your delivery date if you require your order sooner.

SHIPPING:

All orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, whichever is most cost effective. All orders are shipped from our Wilmette, Illinois warehouse. Delivery times will vary depending on your delivery location.
