Hello there! My name is . I have been designing, problem solving and managing store design projects, and residential and educational projects for over ten years. I have been designing and implementing physical space solutions for customers in retail environments, to provide them with the best customer journey and experience while navigating retail outlets. I have also had to think about the wider business needs and provide solutions that not only deliver for the customer but also the staff working in these environments, the company goals and oftentimes a unique local perspective in terms of needs, culture, architectural challenges, materials etc

I have worked across all of the main European cities on in store design, new stores, seasonal rollouts, refits and one off events and projects.

My Specialties

INTERIOR DESIGN

Designing furniture and full interior space solutions for commercial retail, educational institutions and private individuals and families. Utilising 3D softwares, hand sketches, Adobe and igma.

CUSTOMER JOURNEY DESIGN

Mapping the journey of the future customers through a store environment taking into account trends, best practices, health and safety and commerciality.

Identifying trends in popular culture, wider design industry, interiors and architecture. Applying this to what the customer would want and also what the business needs in terms of being commercially viable and planning for growth in sales. Skilled in material research, and enjoy trying to save costs and scale for multiple stores while retaining the brand and design ethos.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Many years of experience managing store builds, refits, one off builds. Including management of internal teams, contractors, freelancers, and other creative teams across U stores.
