After giving the sign of approval on final sample-> order is placed for pilot lot. The intention behind Pilot lots is to to check if the vendor can maintain quality consistently.
Pilot lot 1 is 20 pcs, PL 2 is 50, PL 3 is 100 and so on.
Production
After pilot lots-- order is placed with vendor for x units, vendor manufactures.
