about the design
the design focus was to build a community space for the people of Mannamkandam by creating a heirarchy of spatial flow following the contour slope towards the paddy field.
multiple thoroughfares are activated towards the community centre which starts from each neighbourhood and end to different activity zones of the design thereby creating a porous public node in the design
The competition was to design a bus shelter referring to the neighbourhood context of Muvattupuzha.
The design has a design idea for the safety of women at night times which is catered by the design ideas and space modulations .
