The unique podium will host a variety of brands along 3 floors coming to a total of 12,000 sqm of leasable area. The shops distribution has a direct connection with the exterior stairs and the street. The idea is of a lively podium that is inviting for people walking by.

The biggest challenge on doing this project was first to learn how to deal with the site, it is a difficult site, with its own particular topography that must be preserved as much as possible.

To incorporate the exterior space to the interior space, giving value to the site, trees and green areas were used to connect the building itself. These green touches create an interesting atmosphere and also helps improving the air quality, promoting the existence of livable spaces.
