Journals are an incredibly powerful tool in the understanding of triggers, emotions, and reactions and form an integral part of many therapies.

When you check in with your thoughts regularly, you can better understand your patterns of coping and behaviour.

Your Thought Journal is private, but sharing all or select entries with your Mental Health Coach enables more effective therapies.
