Welcome Back to an Exciting Academic Year at Galaxy International School Uganda!

We hope this message finds you well and ready to embark on another enriching academic journey at Galaxy International School Uganda. As we gear up for the new academic year 2022-2023, we are thrilled to share some exciting updates and important information about our enhanced extracurricular activities program.

We are proud to announce that this year, we have made significant improvements to our extracurricular activities, aiming to provide an even more diverse and engaging experience for all our students. From sports to arts, community service to technology, our range of extracurricular options has been expanded to cater to a variety of interests and passions.

To give you a firsthand look at these wonderful opportunities, our dedicated coaches will be hosting an Extracurricular Activities Exhibition. This exhibition will showcase the various clubs and activities available for students to join. Following the exhibition, students will receive club forms that must be completed and returned promptly.

At Galaxy International School Uganda, we believe in efficiency and fairness in club allocation. Clubs will be assigned on a "fast come, fast serve" basis, ensuring that every student has an equal chance to secure their desired extracurricular activity. In the event that a club reaches its maximum capacity, students will have the option to choose from their second or third preference.

For any inquiries or assistance, our ECA and Events Office is here to help. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need support throughout the club selection process.

We are eagerly looking forward to an incredible year of learning, growth, and exploration together. Thank you for being a vital part of the Galaxy International School Uganda community.

Kind regards,
