Since 1995 Mrs. McMurray has been active in the commercial real estate market providing a full range of real estate services which include leasing, sales and investment analysis. While her primary focus is serving the industrial/flex market, she is equally competent in the office, retail and land segments. Beginning her career as a property marketing specialist, she quickly established herself as a skilled salesperson and earned the respect of clients and colleagues. Market knowledge, experience and attention to detail are qualities that have helped maintain strong, long term relationships with local and national clients. Additionally, Mrs. McMurray is committed to a proactive understanding the objectives of owners, buyers and tenants in order to expedite results.

Educational and Professional Designations

Mrs. McMurray attended West Virginia University and Penn State University, Middletown majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Journalism. She went on to manage two successful restaurants in the Harrisburg area for several years before entering the real estate profession where she earned both the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and the SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) designations. Mrs. McMurray is also a twenty year member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, PA Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Background and Community

As an active member of the community, Mrs. McMurray is a volunteer soccer coach and assists in the management of the Swatara Baseball Association. She has also served on the board of the Bethesda Mission in Harrisburg, is an active member of LeTip East Shore as well as a team coordinator and fund raiser for the annual Breast Cancer Awareness walk in Harrisburg.

Bruce specializes in marketing, research and lead sourcing. As a business professional in the Central Pennsylvania market, he has developed a keen understanding of commercial real estate, with experience in development, leasing and management. As a licensed agent, he is able to perform multiple roles to assist in client and customer satisfaction. Additionall Bruce implements our cold calls program.
