Rebuilding Futures is a capacity-building and vocational training program that aims to provide support to marginalized individuals. Our focus is on addressing skill shortages in Tanzania by enhancing the value addition to local resources. The program will offer vocational education and training program in product designing and manufacturing to a group of 20 inmates from Luanda prison in Mbeya. Our main emphasis will be on utilizing sisal as a primary resource while integrating other local materials like bamboo and wood to create a diverse range of products. Through skill development, resource utilization, and a focus on sustainability, the program aims to create a positive and lasting impact on both the participants and the local economy.
