If you are an NDIS Participant and have a current Service Agreement in place with NADO, you can quickly and easily make your bookings online, check upcoming activities and change your account details all in the one convenient location.

2 - Log in with your username and password

3 - Select the NSC Calendar

4 - Choose your activities

5 - Checkout and make payment

6 - Receive your booking details via email

If you are new to NADO, please call 1300 738 229 and state that you would like to join our NSC.

Please note: bookings for all activities are essential and will require confirmation from our staff. We are unable to accept people without a confirmed booking. To ensure your bookings are validated please check all of your relevant paperwork is up to date. This includes your NADO Service Agreement, Risk Profile, Medications Form(s) and Management Plans

COVID-19 REGULATIONS

Please do not attend any NSC activity if you have with cold/flu symptoms. Participants whom live within the same household as someone with COVID 19 may still attend as long as they are not exhibiting any symptoms NADO staff will take all necessary measures to ensure infection control is at an appropriate standard.

If you have had COVID19, we request you do not return until symptoms are gone and you have returned a negative RAT test.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

At NADO our aim for people who participate in our programs is to have a fun, safe and positive experience. To ensure we have all of the relevant information and to provide the best possible support, we are unable to confirm bookings unless we have a signed NADO Service agreement, Risk Profile, Medications Form(s) and Management Plans.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Bookings are essential and can be made online at www.activities.nado.org.au. All bookings will close the Friday a week prior to the event and will not be accepted the week of the activity.

Please Note:

Staff support costs will be funded from an individual’s NDIS funds (based on staff ratios) Unfortunately, we cannot provide transport to and from the meeting point.

Please be aware we aim to provide high quality care to all people and their individual needs. Limited places are available for 1:1 supports.

CANCELLATIONS AND EMERGENCIES

If you need to cancel your booking please aim to do so at least 2 days before the activity by calling 1300 738 229 or email activities@nado org au Cancellations made with 2 days or more notice will not attract a cancellation fee for your supports. Fees paid for ticketed events may be refunded or credited if we are able to replace your booking.
