KIDSZONE SCHOOL HOLIDAY AND WEEKEND PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN

WEEKEND GUIDE TERM 1 - 2024

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Before booking into NADO KidsZone each child must have a current and active Service Agreement, NDIS Plan, Client Profile or any relevant plan requested. Service will not be commenced until this is completed, in date and received - Please contact Paris Ruwhiu if you are unsure of this.

Bookings are essential for each day and will close on Friday the week prior. Maximum capacity may be reached according to support ratios.

To book please email pruwhiu@nado.org.au or kidszone@nado.org.au. Bookings will be accepted once they have been confirmed and the child has ALL in date documents Payments - Activity pricing is to be paid prior to the day of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

2 - Phone payment: 1300 738 229 ( Mon-Fri 9-4pm) 3 - In Person - You can book and pay in person at our Head Office Reception (28 Gidley Street, St Marys) between Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm Transport - No transport can be provided to and from the program unless an arrangement has been made prior.

Cancellations - Any cancellation within 7 days of the support will be charged to the via the NDIS funding. Activity costs will be charged refunded 31 where tickets have been purchased and cannot be23 or replaced.

Please ensure children’s belongings are labelled, all money / cards / vouchers greater than $20 is handed to the Coordinator/Team Leader at the beginning of the program, and no cash or items of value are carried or in backpack.

Please be aware we aim to provide high quality care to all children and their individual needs. 1:1 supports 50 may be booked out sooner than maximum 69 venue capacity to allow this high standard of care to be provided.

SATURDAY 24 FEB Exciting time to join friends on a ferry ride to and from Manly.

SATURDAY 2 MARCH The kids will love to "Flip Out" and bounce the day away with excitement at one of the largest indoor trampoline parks in Australia.

SATURDAY 16 MARCH Your mission is to find your way through the treetops to get to the funhouse.
