What You Need To Know • Optional Meal Events are NOT included in both the Combo and Non-Combo Registration. • Deadline to submit both Online & Offline Combo Registrations is on or before May 31, 2010. • Only Non-Combo Registration will be sold in Philadelphia. • Children 0-12 years: Basic registration and non-meal events will be waived only for on-site purchases and when accompanied by parent/guardian.

Conference Registration payment will be refunded according to the following schedule: • Before March 1, 2010 (75%) • March 2-April 1, 2010 (50%) • April 2-May 1, 2010 (25%) • After May 2, 2010 (0%)

All workshops, business meetings, and major events will be real-time captioned through Computer Assisted Real Time Captioning (CART). CART provides access to English language in visual format. Accessibility Requests
