In January’s Elevate session, we launched Elevate 2026 and introduced the three engagement pathways: team/organization, individual learning, and grab-and-go resources. The session also emphasized the role of leadership in driving transformation and featured Dr. Arianna Keil of the North Carolina Community Health Center Association, who shared how NCCHCA uses the VTF Assessment to support reflection, collaboration, and action across member health centers.

In February’s Elevate session, we discussed why having an improvement strategy is essential to health center performance. We heard case examples from Megan Fraser from La Familia Health, and Lizbeth Montoya-Alvarado from Centerpoint Health. They shared about QI models they've used, example workflows for staff training, and tested evidence-based interventions (i.e. provider feedback and assessment, data validation, and patient engagement campaigns).
