OUR CHAMBER MOVING BUSINESS FORWARD

The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce has been moving business forward in our community for over 70 years. Founded in 1951, the North Augusta Chamber is a great place to educate, promote, and grow your organization. We currently serve approximately 400 members, with five members who have been a part of our Chamber for over 40 years.

To promote and meet the unique needs of local business and industry in order to strengthen the community in which we live, learn, work, and play.

While many of our efforts and services can and will be of direct and material assistance to you, it is absolutely certain that our programs are indirectly helpful to all businesses and professional people, as well as the community we serve.

The North Augusta Chamber takes pride in being the voice of business in our community. The Chamber represents large, mid-size, and small businesses alike. We serve as an advocate for commerce and industry; facilitate interactions among business, government, education, labor, and the greater community; and actively create innovative opportunities for business to advance within local and global economies.

Awards & Recognition

CITIZEN OF THE YEAR

The Citizen of the Year Award recognizes an individual with outstanding leadership and citizenship in the community, while demonstrating exemplary vision, civic pride and commitment to the betterment of society. The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce has presented the Citizen of the Year Award since 1964. This group of winners has been paramount in shaping the North Augusta community.

AMBASSADOR OF THE YEAR

Each year the Ambassador Council chooses one of its own to receive the award. The Chamber Ambassadors serve as liaisons between Chamber members and staff. They gather feedback, answer members’ questions, guide new members, retain existing members and are Chamber advocates in the community. The Ambassador of the Year award recognizes the efforts of an individual who goes above and beyond to support and promote the North Augusta Chamber.
