To bring out distinct characteristic, it is built on SDN Pancoran Mas 2 heritage building by applying adaptive reuse method. New building is added and atmosphere is created by applying surrounding heritage trail element, such as symmetrical composition, bamboo, trees, and water.

This mangrove-center is designed to support the local’s society in Pantai Raja Kecik, Bengkalis, Riau, where mangrove is the people’s main livelihood. Here, people can collaborate, reserve, and plant mangrove.

Locally available material and know-how technique are coreographed to create the ultimate mangrove-center. Rumbia leaf, betung bamboo, coconut wood, and mangrove trunk itselves are stacked and tied together, composed into one beautiful structure.

Selayar Kamal is an abbreviation of “Satu Layar Nelayan dari Kamal Muara” that means Kamal Muara Fishermen’s One Sail. Selayar Kamal’s main goal is to improve the livelihood of fishermen in Kamal Muara.

It’s a safe & clean space for the whole fish market chain in Kamal Muara, where fishermen, seller, and buyer can mingle in the midst of sinking and flooding of Jakarta that could cause hindrances.

Located in Ciracas, the housing has minimalistic design to attract the millenial generation. It is challenging to meet the developer team’s need to higher profit, the legal team’s need to fulfil building regulation, and the constructor’s procedure.

Kampung Kunir is extended area of Kota Tua, Cultural Heritage Area of Jakarta. Kampung Kunir’s dwellers work as laborers in the vicinity and were evicted because their dwelling is too close to Ciliwung Riverside.

ZCR Housing is 8 story housing to accomodate Kampung Kunir’s Refugee. Achieved 65% Energy Savings, 42% Water Savings, 69% Material Savings, ZCR Housing earnt Level 2: Edge Advanced (Zero Carbon Ready).

Replanning 21,3 hectare land in Kebayoran Baru, near Blok M MRT Station. Due to limited health facilities in the area and it’s surrounding, the proposal of new masterplan is created. With consideration to building code, hypothetical data, and urban aspect, the new masterplan’s built : green open space ratio is 70:30.

Soehanna Hall is located in the Energy Building Office Tower in Senayan, Jakarta. Considering the context of the location with office employees as its potential users, we plan to transform Soehanna Hall into... Retail Store!

The different acoustic approach for these two types of room is challenging. With the Frequency of 125-1000 Hz, the Soehanna Retail Store’s Reverberation Time is 0,6-1,2 second.

A-MAZE-ING is designed to fulfill need of self-development for people with disabilities. It is a maze-themed playground that’s equipped with four interactive walls that train the senses of sight, hearing, and touch. The path, with a width of more than 2.4 meters, makes it accessible for wheelchair users. Guiding blocks also make it accessible for the visually impaired.
