Discussion ASDI Somalia Association Scholars with disability organized meeting with groups of disabled students, graduate and scholars who discussed the education of the disabled people, the skills and the employment for the new graduate who are in the country SASDI organized the meeting for the ad hoc consultation with members of the organization and the new members who will join the organization. the participants focused the skills development and employment for the PWDs persons with disabilities who suffering discrimination in the labor market the event came in the international day of the skills development 15 July 2019 the day the world recognized 2014 international day of the youth skills development . the disabled people raised their concern the participation of the public and private employment system and procedures Ismail Rage the chairperson of the SASDI organization thanked to the all participants and members of the organization for the time in the meeting and their contributions to the objectives of the meeting. he said in our meeting for the organization strategic plan we agree the three main point to focus the employment, education scholarship and awareness for the disabled children and youth education participation through motivation and family, community and national level in the district, regional, federal state and federal government of Somalia level for the disability people employment participation

SASDI will take action to implement for the strategic plan 2019-2021 three years we can organize activities with partnership of the relevant organizations and institutions the private companies, donors and government

4. Participant speech Mr. Abdirahman Kulane thanked the participants for the meeting which he mentioned the first of this kind to share the people with same group and needs the disabled people. Of course we may achieve our goal and rights if we work together Mr. Ahmed Dige thanked to the participants and I am member of the new graduate from the secondary school this year member of the blind people, we are very much concerned how we can get our rights for scholarship and employment. In our country where employers will say how can employ blind persons who need someone assisting him double employment.

Mss. Amina Mohamed Dhurow said I am very happy to be here as chairperson of the CBR Somalia Network. Its really very hard to get job if your disabled and female they employers will not take your job application like other people. I stand up to advocate the rights of the disabled people particularly females with disabilities Mr. Ali Bashir said I am very happy to participate when I look back before I was unemployed graduate but no I am employed and I hope good luck all my colleagues. I recommend massive advocacy and awareness for the disabled graduates and professional skilled people participation in the public and private Mr. Abdiirahman Abdi Hashi I will say it will be double problems if your are disability person and without skill or education. We shall try more educating the groups without education to learn knowledge and kills Mr. Ismail I am very happy to participate Somalia disability scholars meeting and I will suggest three problems lack of education for the disability persons will give opportunity non disabled people, lack employment will mark hard live for the persons and lack motivation will make you weak in the community.

Mr. Ismail Rage I thanks all of you for the participation of the meeting both members and non members with time we venture the discussion about the organizational strategic plan and the work prioritization we found important. We agree three main activities in our work plan. Registration for the disabled children and youth in the schools and without schools, the scholarship for the graduate disability students and employment for the graduate disability who want get job opportunities in the public and private institutions.
