HOW TO PREPARE

EQUIPPED WITH 2 SWITCHES AND 2 THERMOSTATS, SO YOU CAN USE ONLY HALF THE GRIDDLE IF NECESSARY.

Mix one bag of powder + one envelope of yeasts + 1.3 L of water.

Pour the batter into the dispenser.

When the griddle has reached its cooking temperature, spray a uniform layer of cooking spray on it.

Pour the batter in the holes using the dispenser. .

After approximately 2.5 minutes, gently turn the mini crêpes with the steel fork and cook the other side for about 2.5 minutes.

When the mini crêpes are ready, place them on the plate, sprinkle a generous amount of confectioner’s sugar and top with whipped cream, then add other toppings as desired.

EASY TO USE • Press the start button to switch on the griddle (the warning lights will go on).

• Set the temperature to 210° C.

• Wait until the warning lights go off (approximately 20 minutes)

• QWhen the lights go off, the griddle is ready to use.
