HOW TO PREPARE

Mix one bag of powder with 1 litre of water and store the batter in the fridge.

ALTO RENDIMENTO

Pour 130 ml of batter on the crêpe griddle.

Close the griddle and set the timer to 40 seconds at 200° C. The crêpe is ready.

Fill the crêpes with delicious fruit purées and with our special hazelnut cream. Approximate yield: 1 bag = 16 crêpes
