About Us
With a demonstrated history spanning more than 41 years in the business, we are a Cylinder Liners, Sleeves, and Air Cooled Block manufacturer, exporter, and OEM supplier leader. We specialize in manufacturing Centrifugal Cylinder Liners, Sleeves, and Air Cooled Blocks with a variety of range that conforms to bespoke standards and parameters of the manufacturers in more than 70 countries with over 400+ people spread over 5 sites.
In 1982, Mr. Damji founded a small unit of ultra-precision mechanism with just a capacity of 2500 pcs/month, now our production capacity of 2,50,000 units (1050 metric tonnes) per month. Now known as “Anand Liners (India) Private Limited” (ALIPL), in 41 years the company has continually expanded its operations from moving into larger premises, setting up five units with advance technology machines, high tech laboratory and packaging facilities.
Our journey began with a singular focus: to produce the complete range of cylinder group parts, including cylinder liners and pins. Today, we stand proudly as the only plant in India capable of delivering this comprehensive lineup.

We provide high-quality spare parts for truck, tractor, vehicle, marine, compressor, and industrial engines, including cylinder liners, fuel injector sleeves, air cooled blocks, engine valves, valve guides, valve seats, brake discs, and casting parts.
Over 17 alloys and 19 types of coatings meticulously applied, we produce an astounding 22.2 million units of finished goods annually. Cylinder liners ranging in diameter from 76 to 230 mm, cater to engines with volumes spanning from 0.65 to 120 liters.

Each item in our product line has been painstakingly planned and created to meet the various requirements of the engines found in domestic and foreign passenger cars, commercial vehicles, tractors, combines, buses, and specialized equipment.
Cylinder Liner
Crafted with precision and utilizing advanced technologies, our cylinder liners are made from special gray, ductile, and alloyed cast iron to deliver unmatched quality and durability.
Cylinder Sleeve
In the cylinder liners, sleeves are essential as they function together with liners, they function. They strengthen the liners dependability and sturdiness. Thus, we also offer liners’ sleeves in addition to liners themselves. We are highly experienced in producing liner sleeves for Crain, generators, earth moving equipment, etc.
Air Cooled Block
We are engaged in manufacturing Air Cooled Blocks for all Engines, which are available in a wide assortment. These blocks are basically manufactured using CAD modeling and CNC machines. Further, these Air Cooled Blocks are highly popular for their high strength, dimensional accuracy and perfect finish.
Engine Valve
Valves are used in internal combustion engine and are made from different materials grades to operate under different circumstances. Inlet Engine Valves are made from Chromium Silicon Alloy Steel and Exhaust Engine Valves are made from Chromium Nickel Silicon Alloy Steel. With every valve design we strive to maximise strength through higher exhaustion resistance and tensile strength.
Valve Guide
Valve guides are usually made of cast iron. Sometimes, shoulder bushes are provided to position the guide in cylinder head. The Valve-Guides are also available in Aluminium Bronze material for some applications.
Valve Seat
Valve seats are important components in a cylinder head. They are frequently referred to as the heart of the engine since the valve must create the perfect seal on the valve seat face, to ensure maximum efficiency of the engine and the deliverance of rated power and fuel efficiency. The valve seat requires heat treatment cycle to ensure hardness and the correct microstructure.
Fuel Injector Sleeves
A fuel injector sleeve, also known as an injector tube, is a component in a diesel engine that surrounds the fuel injector and provides a seal between the injector and the cylinder head. The fuel injector sleeve is typically made of metal and is designed to withstand the high pressures and temperatures associated with diesel engine combustion.

PROFILE PROJECTOR
The profile projector is used for measuring two-dimensional contours of precision specimens and other work pieces produced. The part to be measured is magnified by an optical system and projected on a screen. All critical dimensions we check in profile projector which gives higer result of accuracy.
