Richard Shaw is Co-Owner/Partner of D&R House of Diamonds; previously he spent 22 years in the United States Air Force. He spent the last 12 years working with jewelry and opened his appointment only location two years ago. He also enjoys volunteering at S.O.S. Christian radio station and working with the Leukemia lymphoma Society.
Dr. Chris Chiodo is the Founder and Executive Director of The Vision Centers. The Vision Centers consist of four convenient locations and have been providing vision care to many of our Valley’s (Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson) residents for over 20 years. Another passion for Dr. Chiodo is the Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation.

He enjoys donating his spare time to his Rotary Group of Summerlin and helping Easter Seals whenever possible. Dave is proactive through multiple networking groups advising new small business owners on social media and modern marketing strategies.
Jim Wright, Dentist, CEO of Four Seasons Dental Spa, was Nevada’s first holistic doctor to be double board accredited by two International Academies. (IAOMT & IABDM) He supports many charities including Nathan Adelson, Easter Seals, Give Kids a Smile, Opportunity Village, Susan G. Koman. He is the recipient of St. Therese Center, HIV Outreach: “Yellow Rose Award”. He supports his wife Debby, with her St. Jude board commitment.

Sherman Ray is the co-owner of Avery’s Coffee and Roasters, Sherman is married to the “Lovely Mrs. Ray”. A leadership and teambuilding trainer, he is also an avid runner, news junkie, book hound and social butterfly. “I’m a student of people, success and systems that work”.
Daniel Gelbart founded Yellow Bucket Janitorial, Inc. with his wife Wendy in 2000, building on his service expertise from a 20 year career in the food service industry. Daniel enjoys joining his wife and daughters in donating time and support to the Ronald McDonald House, St. Baldrick’s Foundation and Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada.

He joined Desert Radiologists in 2006, which is one of the country’s largest private diagnostic imaging practices. His experience in healthcare has involved mergers, acquisitions and consolidations with a strong focus on strategic growth and development.
