Whether you are organising a small meeting room for a few hours, a company conference or a residential training course, Mytton Fold Hotel is the ultimate choice, where business meets comfort,
We have a choice of four contemporary conference and meeting rooms, each are suitably equipped for corporate clients and guests. These can be facilitated for business meetings, events and dinners, seating up to 14 guests in our smallest space, with a capacity of 250 guests in our largest corporate setting.
A full range of delegate packages and flexible menus, ensure the greatest success of your corporate event, with our dedicated Events team on hand throughout, to provide an all round unrivalled service.

THE CALDER
Based in our main hotel area, the Calder Suite at Mytton Fold is perfect for business meetings, working lunches and smaller conferences of up to 14 people, in a private dining style setting.

With it’s own conference table and television screen, it is the ideal location for a more intimate gathering or luncheon.
Both our Day delegate packages and our 24 hour delegate packages are available for meetings within our Calder Suite, along with flexible menus and refreshments to meet your requirements.
THE DUNSOP
The Dunsop Suite is our smallest function space, with room for 30 guests conference style, or 20 guests cabaret style, and also includes use of a screen, projector, and flipchart as standard.
With natual light, and a bright, airy atmosphere, the Dunsop is excellent for businesses looking to host small-scale seminars, conferences or staff training, in a more intimate setting.
Both Day delegate, and 24 hour delegate packages are available for meetings within our Dunsop Suite space, with optional extras to meet your needs.

THE RIBBLE
The Ribble Suite offers space for up to 80 guests, seated comfortably in a conference setting, or 36 seated cabaret style, ideal for any seminars, lectures or courses that you might be hosting, with access to a screen, projector, microphone and flipchart if needed.

If you’re looking for a casual networking space, our Ribble Suite features a newly refurbished bar area, along with modern bar and cafe style furniture, offering relaxed surroundings for your event, should this be your requirement.
As always, our space can be set up to meet your needs, including additional tables for refreshments, displays, or any stationery ready for your event.
THE ABBEY
Contemporary and flooded with natural light, the sophisticated Abbey Suite is our largest function space, seating 250 guests in a conference setting, or 120 cabaret style.
Whether you’re hosting a sizeable corporate dinner, conference or large scale residential training course, The Abbey offers ample clear space to deliver your event successfully, with our Events Team on hand throughout, to guide you through the day, and arrange any bespoke menus or additional options for your event.

24 HOUR DELEGATE RATE
Overnight delegate package - £170.00 per person
