What needs to be done if a Member responds yes when answering whether or not they’d like to tour the Model Homes during their visit through the online request form? That’s simple. An automated response will be sent to sales@[communityname].com which the sales team will then follow up on by reaching out to the Member to schedule a time for the tour.

When a Member arrives at the Club, the Concierge will ensure the liability waiver form has been completed and issue each Member in the party a wristband, designating that the recipient is indeed a guest of Trilogy. If you need to reorder wristbands, please fill out a Creative Services Request Form which can be found on bluestargolf.com/requests.

A: For all of the Trilogy communities for which BlueStar Resort & Golf is the management group, you may use this website to arrange your reciprocal access. Additionally, Wickenburg Ranch and The Club at Ocala Preserve are available by using the website, even though they are not under BlueStar management. For additional communities – Rio Vista, Glen Ivy, Power Ranch, Redmond Ridge – you will need to contact those HOAs directly to learn their respective policies. Q: What amenities are available during my stay? A: The amenities available to you, are the amenities that are available to any social Member at the reciprocal Club, based on availability. Your stay will include the use of sports courts, workout facility, spa, restaurant, golf, events and activities. If you are interested in playing golf, fees, restrictions and availability may apply. Throughout our Trilogy portfolio, Member discount programs vary slightly by location. As a visiting Member at the reciprocal Club, that Club’s discounts apply. These may vary from the discounts offered at your home Club.

Q: May I bring my friends or family members with me on my visit? A: Yes, you may bring friends and family on your visit so long as you let the reciprocal Club know in advance. We have updated the request form to include the number of guests that will be visiting. Your guests will need to complete the liability waiver form. Restrictions and fees may apply.

Q: Am I able to stay on-site in the community I’d like to visit? A: This program is specific to Club access only. However, we have developed the HomeSwap program where Trilogy Members can choose to allow visiting Trilogy Members to stay in their homes. HomeSwap allows Members to communicate with each other at other Trilogy communities and set up a “swap,” to stay in each other’s homes.

Q: Is there a limit to how often I may participate in the reciprocal use program each year? A: The program is intended for occasional visits to Trilogy communities and not intended to be a supplemental membership for a seasonal home outside of the Trilogy network.

Dr. Amy Whittington is based in Arizona, primarily at ® ® Trilogy at Vistancia . Since 2009, Dr. Amy has played a critical role in our communities, publishing a monthly Wellness Journal on MyTrilogyLife.com and doing individual consultations as well as group presentations. Dr. Amy’s concentration is in endocrine, hormonal, and preventive medicine.

Nothing was compromised in creating the best possible platform to enhance the Trilogy experience. Other off-the-shelf providers such as AssocationVoice, FRONTSTEPS, Jonas Club Software, etc. do not offer the same capabilites that only a custom-build site can provide. MTL is built to work great on a desktop, tablet, mobile device, and even in the clubs at our new touchscreen lifestyle kiosks. It’s the information you want in the format in which you want to get it.

For many in Trilogy, wine culture is a critical part of the experience (it ranks second, behind only travel in a survey of Member interests). Understanding this, all Trilogy communities have organized wine clubs and events, and most have gone so far as to include private wine lockers. The Barrel Masters program allows Members to secure for themselves preferred wine pricing and access to special events and, where possible, reserve their own private wine locker as well. To become a Barrel Master, Members pay a membership fee (collected monthly, annually, or, in some cases, just once for a Lifetime locker), and then are provided access to all the benefits. Club Connect is the proprietary program our Clubs utilize to deliver virtual content to Members and guests ™

Club Connect™ consists of 4 different types of content: Virtual versions of events one might typically attend at the Club – fitness classes, culinary demos, etc. – which can now be attended online from anywhere Keynote Speaker Series and other specialty content Club Updates like Coffee Talks, GM Updates, etc. Archived “library” of content that can be watched after a livestream event has taken place

Allows Members to participate in the Trilogy lifestyle from wherever they are on any device they prefer. Provides a platform for richer and deeper educational opportunities. Trilogy is committed to staying attuned to what is important in the lives of our homeowners. That’s why in 2020 we developed a library of hundreds of virtual fitness and culinary classes, lectures and talks, and group meetings which can be enjoyed at home. These are supplemented by an ongoing schedule of live classes and seminars that are easy to log into. The Club teams take care of all the details, so Members can just focus on enjoying the interaction.

A fun and free competition for all Members to enter during the professional football season. Debuted in 2018 and has since seen more than 900 Members participate each year. Includes individual winners at each Club as well as one National winner.

The Trilogy Bracket Challenge debuted in 2017 and is a fun and free contest for Members. Follows the annual college basketball tournament. Members compete for prizes and a chance to be the National Winner. There is also a Club vs Club Challenge where the winning Club gets to showcase the Bracket Challenge Trophy until the next year

Week-long celebration of our chefs and culinary teams which allows each chef to come up with their own unique prix-fixe menu or specials to offer to Members and guests. We have decided to offer these twice a year – spring and fall – moving forward as a result of very positive comments from Members.

Trilogy Members love their adult beverages. Good times are always available to be had at Trilogy, but for four weeks of the year (two for wine, two for beer) we create special programming to help you relax, unwind and maybe discover something new.

Are all of these programs available at all communities? Generally speaking, yes. Barrel Masters, Club Connect, and Afturburn are different from site-to-site. For CRs in those communities, speak to your local teams for details. Also, Wickenburg Ranch operates under a different management group and thus its participation would need to be confirmed locally as well. It is not on MTL and therefore doesn’t have kiosk, Daily Digest, etc.
