This is the schematic design of Bali Uluwatu Villas. Located on the cliff sea in Uluwatu, which has provided an amazing view of the Indian Ocean. This site only has 30 m width and wanted all villa could get the view. The main concern is, that this family is designed for a family but at the same time also want to comersialized and used by other people.
One one main function, that not only provided the villa, but also this villa could be used for wedding villa. So there's a facility such as main swimming pool and bar with ocean view. Also there's wantilan and big plaza so could accomodate event with many people in it.
Main villa with child villa is connected each other with ocean view. While single villa, has their own swimming pool so they have their own privacy while staying here. Facility such as gym and spa also necessary.
If the owner family wanted to used it as their private villa, they could do it sometimes. But at the same time they also could get income from this villa by renting the villas.
