Guests have exclusive access to the entire penthouse, which includes the living area, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful outdoor terrace. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all necessary linens and toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out:
Pre-booked late check-out until 1 PM: $20 (before the day of checkout).
Same-day late check-out until 2pm: $35 (subject to availability).
Late Check-out fee may vary depending on the check out time requested.
Departure Instructions:
Return the room keys and fob to the lockbox
Leave the parking pass to the kitchen table (if applicable).
Place used towels in the bathroom.
Take out the trash to the designated trash area
Ensure all doors and windows are locked
Check in
Check-In Time: 4:00 PM (self-check-in option is available for flexibility).
Early Check-In: Available at 1 PM for a fee of $35 (subject to availability).
Arrival Instructions:
Use the check-in details provided for access to the unit (keyless entry/lockbox location). Follow the parking instructions provided to ensure you're in the correct space

House rules
This is a residential condominium. While we encourage you to have a good time and enjoy the facility, noise after 10 pm outside is NOT permitted. This includes horseplay, TV music and talking loudly. The neighbors will not hesitate to call the police if necessary. In addition, we DO NOT allow parties. No unregistered guests are allowed at the house beyond 10 pm.
Plumbing in the Island is sensitive. Please make sure you are only flushing natural waste. Toilet paper, and non flushable items such as Feminine Hygiene items, wipes, paper towel and trash should be disposed of in a small trash container next to the toilet.
NO SMOKING!!!! Inside the house or on balcony. This includes HOOKAH, tobacco, or Marijuana. If you must smoke, please go out front and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking in the house or finding cigarette butts inappropriately thrown away will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Cooking Guidelines: Please ensure the stove and oven are turned off when not in use.
Disposal: Dispose of food waste in the trash bin and take out the trash as needed
Damages: Any damages should be reported immediately. Missing towels or damaged items may incur additional charges (towel fee: $20, fob replacement fee: $100).
