OUR THANK YOU TO YOU We like to thank our hosts with a special gift for opening their homes: You get a non-conditional 20% personal discount on products you buy for up to seven days after your Showcase; you also receive a £40 gift voucher to spend with MyShowcase if five guest orders are placed at your Showcase, and an extra £10 gift voucher with eight or more orders, both of which are valid for up to three months.

You can host a Showcase at any time of the day, but many find that coffee time – after friends have dropped children off at school – or in the evening over a glass of wine are most popular.

Make a dream guest list – you can ask as many friends as you like but we usually find that eight is the perfect number.

Think about what you want to see – anti-ageing skincare, new makeup colours, beauty gifts – so your Stylist can tailor your Showcase.

Offer refreshments to your guests – the best Showcases often go with a glass or wine or coffee and perhaps some nibbles, nothing more.

Remember, there’s no obligation to buy anything at a Showcase – the idea is that you and your friends have fun and share your finds in a personal, relaxed way.

DELIVERY Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 per order and is FREE for orders over £35.

For Southern Ireland there is a standard charge of €5.50 per order. Postage for orders over €50 is FREE For international shipping costs please visit myshowcase.com. Please note we cannot send anything flammable to the U.S; this includes fragrance, candles, aerosols (hairspray) or nail polish.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS We hope that you will be delighted with your order.

If, however, you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the product(s) you have bought from MyShowcase we are happy to replace or refund you the cost of the product(s), provided that: • you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product(s) • they are in their original, unopened and unused condition when we receive them.

You are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging of a return. You will be entitled to receive a refund using the same method as you used for your payment and will incur no fees for that refund.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT PROCESS Please follow the three steps below to return your goods to MyShowcase: STEP 1: Obtain a refund or replacement form.

STEP 2: Send us the products for refund or replacement Send to: Returns MyShowcase Ltd Unit 7, Quayside Lodge William Morris Way London, SW6 2UZ The package must contain: • the refund or replacement form • the product(s) in their original packaging (please ensure they are securely wrapped).

STEP 3: Refund or replacement processing Please allow a maximum of seven working days for your refund or replacement to be processed.

If you are returning a faulty item, within 14 days, we will refund you the cost of the return postage if we conclude that the product is defective.
