More time spent at home can be a good thing, but sometimes our surroundings appear differently than they have in the past. Too, an overdue kitchen or bathroom remodel can certainly help with home value… or how about just starting over with new construction? For all of these home improvements and more, Guilbe (pronounced “gillbee”) Construction does it all!

Real estate investing entails the buying, remodeling, and selling of residential properties. This process is also known as “flipping” homes, a concept that became wildly popular with the stem of popular television series such as Flip This House and Flip or Flop. Erika is still involved in real estate investment, and this experience led her to earn her CGC license, which allows her to build, repair, and remodel any type of building, commercial or residential, in the state of Florida.

Guilbe Construction began about a year ago, primarily providing Westlake area residents with outdoor renovations such as fencing, pavers, and screening.
