I

’m an impatient person by nature. I’ve spent most of my life tapping my foot, waiting for everything to happen faster. You shouldn’t do that, said my parents to me constantly. They told me that you should never wish life’s minutes away faster, but should treasure where you are because you’ll always have what is coming, but will never have this moment again. Sage advice. But, I was young and obviously, to a certain extent, the advice fell on deaf ears. Even today, when I whole heartedly believe in that advice and I objectively understand it to be true, I constantly find myself tapping at that ground and wanting for it all to come faster — that thing I ordered from Amazon, the vacation two weeks away, that hard work week to be over, the boring dinner party I’m suffering through to end. Right now, I have a lease signed for a new apartment and have to wait three weeks for the current tenants to move out so that I can get my keys and move in. It practically itches; I want the time to run by! I just want to move in already, set up the furniture

and decorations and begin this new portion of my life in my new apartment. All that is in the way of that are these pesky three weeks. I get so in my own head about the speed with which I’m getting what I want that I have to actually sit my own self down and lecture myself about not wishing away time. It’s a terrible thing to do, and even now, when I try to tell myself not to do it and try to tell you not to do it, we both know that we’ll do it. Today, with technology giving us everything we want, Google getting our search results in .013 seconds and the millions of apps “for that,” we’re all impatient – we want what we want and we want it now! That is why I’m not here to tell you to never get impatient about life and time (that’s an impossibility). I’m just hoping that at some point in the midst of your impatience, you’ll be able to take yourself by the hand and remind yourself to treasure the moment you’re in – that’s the one thing you’ll never get back, no matter how impatiently you want it back. —Maria

My doctor knew how anxious we were to get started on decorating the baby’s room and suggested an enzymes test, as you guys mentioned! Screw waiting for 5 months! Philadelphia famous for marathons

P

hiladelphia, The City of Brotherly Love has and continues to offer a variety of different types of marathons. There have been marathons for breast cancer, diabetes, and autism, just to name a few; with some runs offering rewards of $3,500 to the first place female and male winners. Philadelphia is known to raise awareness to organizations in need and with so many organizations looking to give a helping hand; it’s no wonder that Philadelphia has become coined “a city of marathons”. Philadelphia offers runners beautiful city views and lush parks to run through and when the weather is right, it seems like everyone is out participating. Many different agencies sponsor the events and want to be a part of Philly’s famous runs. “It’s become something regular that we participate in, each season we know our name will be part of a special cause and we will keep the runners hydrated- and it keeps us proud,” said a vendor who wanted to remain anonymous. When runners complete the course, they can usually enjoy pretzels and soft drinks offered by participating sponsors, it gives the city a sense of unity and it’s special to see everyone out, helping each other. Locations of each marathon vary; including Center City and Manayunk. Many people even travel in from different states just to participate in these marathons and they love it! Philadelphia is not called “the city of brotherly love” for nothing; the city truly enjoys helping those in need, which is why all of the proceeds gained from marathons are donated to different causes or taken by the cause sponsoring the run. The marathons give people a sense of fulfillment; they train and get in shape for the runs, raise awareness for different causes, and gain self satisfaction when they complete the run! Come out and run Philadelphia!

ribe: a payment given personally to a government official in exchange of his use of official powers, requiring one to give the bribe and the other to take it. Now, we all know bribes are illegal, so it wouldn’t make sense for “lawmakers” to be guilty of it, right? Wrong! According to U.S. Department of Justice statistics on public corruption, in 2010 alone, there were over 1,400 charges of public corruption in the U.S., which represents the most in recent history. The majority of those charges involved federal officials, with local officials coming in a close second. Campaign corruption is, by far, the most common form of public corruption. From acting in the interest of corporate funders after election time to selling a vacant seat to the highest bidder (think Rod Blagojevich), it’s no wonder the U.S. ranks in the top 25 of the most corrupt countries in the world. Unfortunately, it is very hard to obtain convictions for this form of bribery, as hard evidence is needed and quid pro quo (“this for that”) is fairly difficult to prove. As such, undercover agents are routinely used during the course of an investigation to obtain such evidence. A recent case involving corruption regarding the sale of military equipment was brought to trial and convicted through the use of undercover agents posing as eager businessmen. So, the next time you see money being earmarked in a national budget or hear of a policy benefiting a particular group, don’t think it’s just a coincidence; it may be residue of an intricate corruption scheme.

Is Sex Between Students and Teachers On the Rise?

L

ittle Johnny goes to school, supposedly to learn and make friends. But, what happens when Little Johnny is seduced by his teacher and enters into an inappropriate, sexual relationship? The trend of student/teacher intimate relationships, according to recent cases and statistics, is on the rise and may become a common practice. An Arkansas Supreme Court recently overturned a law that banned teachers from having sexual relations with students under the age of 21. This means that teachers in the state can seduce a student and get away with it, particularly if he/she has reached the age of majority (18 years of age). The issue with this law is it breaks down the “in loco parentis (parent/student)” relationship and turns affects the authority of the teacher and takes for granted the vulnerability of the student. How this trend will affect the school environment, the authority structure, and the lives of students has yet to be seen but, wherever this is going, it can’t be positive. Only time, and history, will tell.

Are You Smarter than a Monolingual?

I

n most countries around the world, the majority of people grow up speaking more than one language; usually a tribal language and a national language. However, most Americans are not monolingual (knowing only one language) due to various factors, including the isolated geographic layout of our country or the downright refusal to speak anything else. However, the benefits of bilingualism may be greater than formerly thought, as recent studies by scientists and psychologists suggest that the cognitive abilities of those who speak two or more languages far outweigh that of those who only speak one language. This information is in contrast to early historical research that suggested the idea that learning two languages in childhood was detrimental to cognitive ability. The new research has found that bilinguals seem more adept at solving complex problems, have a higher ability to monitor the environment, and are better at math. The research also suggests that the benefits of bilingualism extend into later years in life, as studies have found that people with a higher degree of bilingualism were less likely to develop dementia at an earlier age. So, the next time someone speaks to you in a different language, don’t dismiss them as not being able to understand you; seek to understand them and soak up the benefits as you go!

ost traumatic stress disorder also known as PTSD is a psychological disorder which affects those who encounter a life-threatening situation such as military combat, serious accident, physical or sexual assault, or a terrorist incident. Researcher are examining if there is a possibility that genes may also play a part in the psychological effect. It is estimated that 7.8 percent of Americans will experience PTSD at some point in their life. Women are twice more likely than men to be effected by this. A research study done by the UCLA which observed 25,000 survivors of a 1988 Armenian earthquake found that those survivors with a pair of genetic variation which were linked to depression were more likely to suffer from PTSD symptoms today. Although researchers did find that the genes had a small likelihood of affecting the survivors. Other key parts that affect PTSD are age, gender, and whether or not the subject was affected by it individually such as losing a loved one.

Olga Stoianov, a registered nurse at Prestige Home Care Agency stated that “Everyone’s schedule is different. An excuse that many people use is that they do not have time to exercise, so trying to fit 10 or 15 minutes in the morning or evening for anyone would work. There is no proven answer as to when it is best to exercise. Some people are able to wake up before work and do it; some just do not have the strength or energy for it.” Today there is no clear cut evidence that prove whether it is best to wake up at crack of dawn and exercise or if it is better at night.

hose smokers that prefer menthol cigarettes over non-menthol tend to have more strokes. This seems to be true for African American women more. A study conducted in Toronto between the years of 2001 and 2008, by Nicholas Vozoris surveyed 5,028 adult smokers. They were asked about their health as well as lifestyle. Twenty-six percent of the smokers smoked menthol cigarettes, the rest smoked non-menthol. From those that smoked menthol cigarettes 3.4 percent of them had a stroke. Those who smoked non-menthol 2.7 percent had a stroke. Of course race, gender, and how many cigarettes a person smoke a day were all taken into account. It is not 100 percent proved that menthol cigarettes were the only thing that caused the extra stroke risk, but it is possible that a menthol cigarette may affect the blood vessel that supplies the brain. Menthol cigarettes are not tied to high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, or heart attack anymore than a non-menthol cigarette.

WHY PEOPLE JOIN FLASH MOBS

I

f you haven’t seen one personally, you’ve heard of them — gigantic groups of people that suddenly burst into pre-scheduled and practiced dances in a very public place at random times. Usually the mob knows each other and work together but they’re generally anonymous to the general public. There are plenty of obvious reasons that these types of things exist — they’re fun, it’s a nice surprise in the midst of an otherwise routine day, you like dancing and music, etc. But, there are more psychological reasons behind joining a flash mob (isn’t there always). Some psychologists argue that flash mob membership stems from a need for that sense of belonging that is harder to come by in today’s fast paced, technologically close but physically distant world. Even though, in theory, the world is globalizing, and you can Skype someone in a different country in a heartbeat, it is much harder to just reach out to the people around you. Flash mobs feed that craving for belonging that this generation seems to be lacking. THE

TOP FIVE AMERICAN EXPRESSIONS THE BRITISH DON’T UNDERSTAND

1. “Bite me.” Is this a challenge? Wouldn’t the advantage of this expression go to the one with the sharpest teeth? Either way, it baffles the Brits! 2. “Blow smoke up your ass.” This generally refers to someone telling someone what they want to hear, but what is obviously a lie. It comes from the medieval practice of actually blowing smoke up someone’s ass to cure them of illness. Doctors did it even though they knew it was a scam. Still, the British don’t understand the use of this phrase in daily conversation. 3. ”Oh snap!” To an American, this is the equivalent of saying something like “oh, he got you good,” “oh, damn!” or the other well known catch phrase, “you got served.” But, as far as a British chap is concerned, snap what? Snap who? Huh? 4. “Knock someone up.” In the U.S., this means to get a woman pregnant. In the UK this means to go knock on someone’s door. How door knocking translates to pregnancy is something not easily understood in the UK. 5. “Could Care Less.” In the British mind this doesn’t make sense. To them, the phrase should be “I couldn’t care less” (as in, it is impossible that I could possibly care any less than I do now). Therefore, telling someone you could still care even less means you must care a more substantial amount right now.

s the population of the world grows at an accelerated pace, more rural areas are turning suburban and more suburban areas are turning into cities. Scientists are now concerned with maintaining enough “greenery” in the world sufficient to keep our growing population healthy. One of the ideas dominating the scene are “alive buildings.” This would mean buildings that merge biology with architecture — that moderate temperatures, have green roofs and outer walls with natural life growing on them. While there are many more possibilities that scientists are considering, these “green” buildings may be more of a commonality in the coming decades.

O

ne piece of advice that women seemed to take from the flop that was Bride Wars (starring Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway) was “you don’t alter a Vera [Wang wedding dress] to fit you, you alter yourself to fit Vera.” But, that is nothing new. Women going on cookie diets and wanting to look their best on their wedding days is practically a tradition in and of itself. But, lately, it’s gotten out of control. Studies show that the avFOR erage modern woman wants to lose THE at least 20 pounds for her wedding (20 pounds!). And, the diets and crazy ideas that the diet/wedding industry throws at these women are getting more and more ridiculous. A bride interviewed by the NY Times said that she had a feeding tube installed in her nose that would drip an excruciatingly small amount of calories per day into her mouth. Other brides drink snake oil — why? I have NO idea! Another popular favorite is the Master Cleanse, where, instead of food, whenever you get hungry you just drink water mixed with cayenne pepper and lemons for two weeks. All this stuff makes a 500 calorie a day diet seem like child’s play! So, why are women going insane now more than ever? As always, part of the blame goes to celebrities. A wedding is no longer a traditional celebration of love. It is the average woman’s chance to ‘walk the red carpet,’ so to speak. Weddings are now a “bride-extravaganza” and nothing more, and all these local celeb brides thing they need to look like Victoria Beckham did when she got married. Another less obvious source of blame? Strapless dresses! Almost no woman on the face of this planet likes her upper arms. Actually, triceps — that damn underarm flapping skin – are some of the hardest areas of the woman’s body to tone. Still, almost all the “fashionable” wedding dresses are strapless, showcasing one of the least flattering parts of a woman. Obviously, doctors are against it. But, this all seems to be someone what of a runaway train — one the wedding industry is not too quick to stop.

MULTIMEDIA Dating

W

e’ve all heard it before — “If it doesn’t exist on the first page of your Google search, it doesn’t exist.” This is becoming a truism because even those most addicted to online dating websites and the most determined to find someone, anyone, on the site are getting sick of scrolling! It’s the Internet equivalent of sitting aimlessly bar side and combing the place for eligible men or women. Instead, many dating sites and applications are now incorporating all that fancy technology to abbreviate your soul mate search process even more. As the New York Times reports, some events, like the “Me So Far” monthly event in Chicago has their members give a six minute PowerPoint presentation of their lives so far, including slides of their living rooms, inside their refrigerators and even their debit card statements. That way, potential suitors know exactly what they’re getting, and they know it in six minutes! In keeping with the ‘need for a mate NOW’ motif, there are apps that locate singles around you, including Blendr, SinglesAroundMe, Skout, etc. Other sites are offering quick telephone dates if someone on a website shows interest in someone else, instead of real dinner dates. Ultimately, it seems people are anxious to find their suitors — more anxious than ever before. June 2012•Insight 13

Ultra Beauty Day Spa J

ust in time to perfect your beach ready bod, we’d like to share with you a special treatment that will leave your skin glowing, soothed, and ready for a perfect tan! The Vichy Shower treatment at Ultra Beauty Day Spa is one of a kind! If you want to get rid of your dead skin cells, while enjoying a rub down, followed by a calming, cool water rinse, the Vichy Shower is the service you are looking for. You are probably wondering what ‘vichy shower’ even means… “A Vichy shower is a metal arm with five to seven shower heads that runs parallel to a cushioned treatment table, so you can get a shower while lying down.” It is usually part of a body treatment, like a salt scrub or body wrap and allows you to simply lie there and be washed off, instead of jumping up and getting in a shower to rinse off the salt or mud. Brilliant! A Vichy Shower Scrub is an all-natural exfoliation treatment that clears your skin of any dead cells as the seasons change. Your body undergoes a sensory experience which engages all of your senses and leaves you with super soft skin. Insight Experience: Ultra Beauty Day Spa offers all spa services downstairs in their spa area. I was escorted to the women’s locker room downstairs to undress and given a comfy white robe to put on. I was also given a pair of disposable undies that I wore during my treatment (note: you go topless). Lucy Landa, the masseuse who performed the vichy shower scrub on me walked me into the room and left me to disrobe. I started out lying on my stomach on what looked like a massage bed submerged on a tub- like platform. Above me was the massive vichy shower head and beside it some regular shower heads for rinsing. Lucy slowly massaged lavender crystals onto my skin, taking off all dead skin cells. Once my back was rinsed, she asked me to turn over and proceeded to cleanse the rest of my body. The experience was very soothing. The lavender crystals not only left my skin incredibly smooth, it smelled lovely as well. Lucy let the vichy shower run over me for a few minutes, which brought me to an overall calm. It felt like gentle soothing rain caressed my skin, which relaxed my body and mind. Lucy recommends this service at least four times a year, once with every season change to cleanse the skin and keep it healthy. Female Fashion Choices

Men HATE

E

veryone knows that women tend to dress more for other women then they do for men. That is probably the reason why so many men dislike or are confused by so many female fashion choices. Here is what tops the list: Leggings — To guys, they’re not pants, they’re more like tights. The thought of the Tanner girls from Full House, circa 1995 comes up. No matter how fashionable we think we are, men seem to prefer jeans on a woman, and “tights” on little girls. Uggs — Just like many men don’t see leggings as real pants, they don’t see uggs as real shoes. They’re bulky, weird, fat and ugly — that is the general consensus. MC Hammer pants — Men don’t have a woman’s curves. That is why they love a woman’s curves. As such, men are baffled as to why a woman would put these parachute pants on and hide everything between their belly buttons and knees. Gladiator Sandals — Male consensus: they’re kind of intimidating. More than others, men tend to hate the ones that wrap all the way up the calf – they tend to remind men of Gerald Butler, rather than Gisele Bundchen.

SUPERSIZE

TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT OURSELVES

C

ompare any burger from the 1950s to the standard burger today and there is no dispute — ours are double the size! Even still, we have supersize options on top of our already large burgers that people jump at! Part of the reason may be the better deal or that we’re hungrier. But a very thorough recent study by scientists ties “supersizing it” to a person’s desire to feel more important. Among their other conclusions, the scientists established that people view others as having a higher status when observing them choose the larger item among a set; people who feel less powerful are more likely to choose larger items than people who feel more powerful; this preference for larger items remains the same even when price is not a consideration; the preference for choosing larger items is enhanced when we know people are watching us choose or consume; and people who feel especially needful of a status bump prefer larger sizes when big is considered better. In support of these studies, one could easily note that obesity rates are especially prevalent among those in the bottom half of the income tables. Perhaps it is not that unlikely to infer that those less educated, paid less on average or otherwise low on resources might be more vulnerable to such consumption decisions based on the idea promulgated in the surveys. Ultimately, however, this logic applies across all socio economic classes, depending on the psychological constitution of the person in question because the want to feel better about oneself and important will always be around — advertisers depend on it! Sports & Athletics What’s in Store for the

Eagles

U

nfortunately Jason Peters is out of the picture for the season, due to his suffering from a ruptured Achilles tendon. Peters is a five time probowler and undisputed best left tackle in the NFL last season. So now that he’s out of the game, who picks up the slack at left tackle? The eagles signed free-agent tackle Demetress Bell to do the job! Bell signed a 35 million 5 year contract, but only the first year is guaranteed. Bell will have to adjust to blocking for the mobile Michael Vick. The Eagles offense, and perhaps most important LeSean McCoy, will have to adjust to Peters’ absence. So what can we expect? As a diehard eagles fans we are hoping Peters a swift recovery, and Bell to be able to hold this offensive line together. Bell is a bit taller than Peters 6’4 to Peters 6’5 and a bit more agile. When Buffalo’s running backs went left during Bells residency they averaged 5.1 yards per carry. With these kinds of stats we are hoping that Bell would be a great fit into the Eagles offence.

How an Injury Affects an Athlete’s Career

B

eing a well-known athlete is very demanding and not just mentally. Athletes need to make sure they are physically ready for everything being thrown at them, even if it means suffering a physical complication. Jeremy Lin was on the rise in the basketball world, until one day Lin suffered a knee injury. Lin got surgery and appeared to recover. He continued playing until finding out he needed yet another surgery. From then on Lin was unable to play basketball. These types of tragedies happen all the time with athletes. The worst part is that, once injured, a star’s career can potentially end. Everything they worked for, all ruined by an injury. Teams seldom allow an injured athlete to come back in the game. They would much rather take the player that is well and healthy, even if it means training them from the start.

Career and Finance For Better or Worse:

Why the First Quarter National Economic Stats May Be Misleading

A

t first glance, the most recent economic report suggests that the national economy is improving and that the country’s economic future looks brighter than before. However, many analysts, including those at various governmental and nonprofit agencies, suggest that the optimism regarding a rebound in the economy may be premature. In the report published by the United States Bureau of Economic Analysis, the economy has been growing at a modest pace and the last quarter of 2011 saw some of the highest gains in recent months, likely due to the holiday season. Moreover, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is slated to increase by two percent, as well as consumer spending. However, after closer examination, it is very apparent the country’s economy is still in the midst of a crisis. The current recession and recovery time frame is the longest on record in the last 30 years and the unemployment rate is only expected to drop a percentage point between now and 2014. Also, statistics show that Americans are less confident about their financial stability and future, which affects everything from market performance to residential investment. So, what does this mean? We all should continue to hold tight and be cautiously optimistic. While the recession can’t last forever, the effects of it, with irresponsible decisions, most certainly can.

Identity Theft oday’s spur of technology including over use of texting and social networking sites have deterred the way that people pay attention to what type of information they are revealing about themselves. They do not think twice about what personal information their text messages hold and who may be tapping into their phone. This makes identity theft much easier than it was just decades ago. A victim may not know that such a crime occurred to them month’s or even year after it happens, but there are some steps that you can take to protect yourself. Never carry your social security card or numbers anywhere. That is the easiest way someone can steal your identity. Check up on your bank account statements and make sure no suspicious activity is taking place. Shred all your papers with person information on it such as bank account number and social security. Be careful when using an ATM, someone may be looking over your shoulder. Those are just a few first steps that you can take toward keeping your identity safe.

With the increasing popularity and improved functionality of the iPhone and iPad in the corporate workplace, it is not surprising that enterprise customers may spend more on Apple products in the next decade

ake a moment and imagine your life without your iPhone, iPod, or iPad. Just the thought makes you realize how depressing it would be! But you know what would be even worse? Life without Apple in corporate America. As the overly advanced tech company continues to grow, it’s no wonder that corporate America is benefitting in the process. In the fourth quarter Apple gave corporate America a strong boost. Even in a recession Apple is still growing, thanks to corporate America, which in turn grows as well. S&P 500 companies grew by nearly 6% thanks to Apple, but if you remove Apple from the equation the companies would drop 3%. Of course Apple is not the only reason that is helping our economy recover, but without it, the process would be a lot harder. Another benefit that Apple brings to America is global technology competition. Apple products are sold internationally, so more than half of its revenue comes from other countries! There you have it, not only do we need Apple for the fun and enhancement of technology; we also need Apple to help stabilize our economy.

HoroScopes Aries (March 21-April 20). Time to shine Aries! Like the morning sun, you seem to burst onto the scene wherever you go, spreading sunshine. Pluto and Saturn are giving you a big boost this month. Things are changing, but in a good way and not without some common sense. Any changes you make will be for the best. Taurus (April 21st–May 21st). So much to do and so little time. The gas tank is running low and the clock is ticking. Are you feeling the pressure? You may feel like crawling away and hibernating for a while. After the 21st the energy level comes back, so don’t push it so hard until then. Gemini (May 22nd–June 21st). The last two weeks of June and the better part of this month the Dream Machine has been running into overtime. Seems you’ve been scheming and planning for the future. After midmonth, you may feel like just taking the time with someone on a very personal and quiet basis. Sounds romantic, but you’re more tired than amorous. Get some rest in the next few weeks. Cancer (June 22nd–July 22nd). Ball of fire. Could you be any more “ON”? The career arena is popping with achievement. The things you want out of life seem to be handed to you without effort. Even romance is in the spring air for you. I’d say June couldn’t get any better. After midmonth, you shift gears and focus on the future. You spent most of the last half of the month thinking and discussing your next move. Remember, the Universe doesn’t mind when we ask for things, It minds when we ask for too little. Leo (July 23rd–August 23rd). Seems that all the work you’ve been doing is now going to start to pay off. The accolades will be rolling in on the career scene. You could wind-up very high profile as a result of your actions. This could also mean more money for you. After midmonth, you may start to lean a little towards the door and look for ways to evacuate the work scene and seek green pastures for peace and relaxation. Life has been good and now you may feel it is time to pay a little back. Virgo (August 24th–Sept. 22nd). Busy, busy. Balance the books. Cover all the bases. Run here, run there. It’s a full schedule, but you’re up to the task. It’s almost like having a private personal energy source this month. Just don’t go overboard with trying to do too much. Remember to breath. Remember, the pleasure part is just as important as the work part. Take some time for yourself and those you love. 22 Insight•June 2012

Libra (Sept. 23rd–Oct. 23rd). This month bodes so well for your committed relationships. There’s just a ton of activity in this area. You are changing things for the better. Making a new commitment or revitalizing an older one. Either way, it’s a wonderful ride this month. Scorpio (Oct. 24th–Nov. 22nd). So much to do, so little time, or so it would seem. Time to get organized Scorpio. Listen to those around you for ideas on how to streamline your activities and reap the biggest benefits from your actions. You will feel that you have the energy to go ahead and get the job done right. Your focus will move on to your significant other midmonth. Sagittarius (Nov. 23rd–Dec. 21st). Romance is in the spring air for you. Time to smell the roses and take some measures to enjoy your life. If you open yourself to new experiences this month you could get a big surprise. After midmonth, look to be spending more time on the job. This is in a positive way and not a taxing one, either. You may find you are there because of some new project you dreamed up and want to see to completion. A labor of love can be very rewarding. Capricorn (Dec. 22nd–Jan. 20th). Your security is where you may be focused the first half of June. Financial planning will be the most important thing going for you this month. Take your time and leave your options open as long as you can before committing. This would be an excellent time to purchase property as well. Aquarius (Jan. 21st–Feb. 18th). The communications will be rolling in with lightening speed this month. It may be something of a task just to keep up. Remain calm and eat that elephant one bite at a time. Don’t lose your perspective in any situation. This will help when things get just a bit frantic. After midmonth, a couple of home improvement projects might be just what the doctor ordered. A chance to get out in the sun and putter in the garden. Pisces (Feb. 19th–March 20th). You could have such an urge to just go shopping for something nice for that loved one in your life. Interesting, huh? The good news is, that you have the money at this time to do it right. Don’t forget to be good to yourself as well. By month’s end, you could be talking a move to a more permanent location, if not already settled. You could be wondering if where you live is too small or too big for you. Analyze the situations fairly before making a choice. Wait until the final days of the month to make that decision.
