Hardee’s Restaurants LLC is owned by CKE Restaurants Holdings (Carl Karcher Enterprises Restaurants Holdings), and the company is responsible for fast food brands such as Carl’s Kr, Hardee’s, Green Burrito, and Red Burrito.

3. Select your age within the drop-down box displayed.

4. Click on the red-colored “Start” button.

5. You will be now asked a few questions that will help the company assess your experience during the visit at the store. Answer all the questions in as much detailed manner as possible.

Once completed with all the questions, click on the “Submit” button.
