What prompted you to take a leap of faith and launch the consultancy?

What inspired me to take a bold step and launch the consultancy was my journey through various ministry roles as a builder and strategist. I found myself constantly moving from one position to another, where ministries recognized a need, placed me there, and entrusted me with executing their vision for that specific department. Once I had established a solid framework and ensured the foundation was both sustainable and scalable (meaning it could function independently if I were to step away), I would then be reassigned.
