We decided to do something very special just for this issue. Collaborating with our favorite chefs should have been on the top of our to-do list long ago but we only nally got to do it this
month. This holiday treat from Downtown Cookies is made especially for us and will be sold in their stores. This issue also marks our collaboration with Max’s Restaurant, their fried chicken a staple in the Filipino table for many
generations now. This month will be another busy season for Max’s where Filipinos longing for a taste of home will come and celebrate the holidays with their families.
