ith bathing suit season upon us, many people’s attention turns to upkeeping their beach bod. There’s an increased focus on eating healthy and not stopping by the local snow cone shop on a regular basis. Luckily, for those venturing in the healthy eating direction, Salt Lake valley has an abundance of farmers markets, where shoppers can select from a delicious and vibrant variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and even talk to the people who help grow them.
