About Dr. Kaleigh Anstett ND, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine joined the RISE Health team in February 2016. As a Naturopathic Doctor, Kaleigh Anstett aims to effectively diagnose, treat and support her patients as they progress towards a state of greater health. Dr. Anstett began her training at the University of Guelph, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics. Following a brief year teaching English in South Korea, Dr. Anstett completed her medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she gained valuable experience treating patients on the sports medicine rotation during her clinical year. In private practice, Dr. Anstett has continued to hone her skills as an integrative sports medicine practitioner, largely focusing on the musculoskeletal and structural concerns of her patients. In addition to sports medicine, Dr. Anstett employs botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, acupuncture, IV therapy and pharmaceutical medications where appropriate. As a primary care provider, Dr. Anstett accepts patients of all ages, with acute and chronic health concerns
