CLEARPATH: REVOLUTIONIZING YOUR FUTURE WITH CRYSTAL-CLEAR COMMUNICATION

OVERVIEW

• THE AUBURN ATHLETICS STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM HAS FACED CHALLENGES THIS CAMPAIGN PARTICULARLY IN MEETING THE DELIVERY TIMELINES AND MAXIMIZING ITS EFFECTIVENESS. BASED ON THESE CONCERNS, WE PROPOSE SEVERAL ACTIONABLE STRATEGIES AND SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESS THESE CHALLENGES AND IMPROVE PROGRAM OUTCOMES. WE REALIZE DIRECT COMMUNICATION MUST BE INCREASED

STEP 1: ENHANCE PROGRAM PLANNING AND EXECUTION

• ADOPT A STANDARDIZED PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY, SUCH AS AGILE OR SCRUM, TO BETTER ORGANIZE AND ALLOCATE AVAILABLE RESOURCES AND TO TRACK PROGRESS.

• THIS WILL ENABLE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CLEAR PROJECT MILESTONES AND ALLOW ANY DEVIATIONS TO BE QUICKLY RECOGNIZED AND ADDRESSED.

• INCORPORATE A COMPREHENSIVE AUDIT OF PREVIOUSLY ENCOUNTERED BOTTLENECKS AND CHALLENGES THAT CONTRIBUTED TO DELAYS, AND DEVELOP DETAILED CONTINGENCY PLANS TO AVOID OR SWIFTLY RESOLVE SIMILAR ISSUES.

• FOR INSTANCE, ALIGNING PROJECT EFFORTS WITH CRUCIAL SPORTING EVENTS TO AVOID DELIVERY TIMING ISSUES WILL SIGNIFICANTLY STRENGTHEN THE PROGRAM'S OVERALL IMPACT.

STEP 3: IMPROVE STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION AND INVOLVEMENT

• ESTABLISH A CONSISTENT AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION PLAN TO ENSURE THAT ALL STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, ARE WELL-INFORMED AND ENGAGED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

• DEVELOP A UNIQUE AND COMPELLING BRAND IDENTITY FOR THE AUBURN ATHLETICS STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM, EXPRESSING THE ORGANIZATION’S VALUES AND PLACING AN EMPHASIS ON THE DIRECT IMPACT DONORS HAVE ON THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM.

• THIS BRANDING INITIATIVE SHOULD BE HIGHLY VISIBLE ACROSS ALL COMMUNICATION MATERIALS, EVENTS, AND PROGRAM ASSETS, SETTING THE PROGRAM APART FROM SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS' OFFERINGS AND CONTRIBUTING TO A STRONGER SENSE OF LOYALTY AMONG DONORS.

• IMPLEMENT TARGETED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO MAXIMIZE AWARENESS AND PARTICIPATION IN THE STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM, PROMOTING THE IMPORTANCE OF GIVING AND SHOWCASING INSPIRING SUCCESS STORIES FROM AUBURN'S ATHLETES, FACILITATED VIA DONOR SUPPORT
