“Casey Franklin is an excellent real estate agent, who is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has an in-depth understanding of the market conditions in the greater Portland metro area. Additionally, she is very responsive, whether day or night, and has superb communication skills. Further, she takes the time to fully understand perspective clients and get to know their needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home.”

“My husband and I had been toying with selling our house for over a year. It was our first home that we had remodeled and really enjoyed but life was moving us on to other things. I had spoken with some other agents and done a lot of research myself but when Casey came to do a market analysis she blew us away. She is easy to understand, personable and reasonable with the ability to think outside the box. She suggested we list the house for much more than we had hoped. A little decorating and some pictures along with a well though description of our home got us an offer OVER the list price on the SECOND day on the market. The house closed 30 days later. We were so thrilled at the ease in which everything took place. She guided us well and was always responsive with excellent negotiation skills. I liked that most of the documents were easy to sign online. She went above and beyond when she helped us set up a contractor, dealt with a haywire stove and fixed a faucet. She is the realtor everyone should want! I hope to always use her in the future.”

“Friendly, warm, personal and professional. We have no real idea about what Casey did to make things happen to smoothly but they did. We are very grateful.”

“We had an excellent experience working with Casey in finding just the right property for our family. Casey’s background in real estate and equestrian sport, coupled with her understanding of our family’s unique needs, make looking easy. In addition, the buying process was simplified by her willingness to work with our specific and varied requirements and my complicated time schedule. We will request Casey assist us in any future real estate transactions and highly recommend her services.”

“Casey is wonderful. She knew what was important to use in finding our new home, and really helped us sort things out. She made the whole process easy and fun.”

“I had the pleasure of house hunting with Casey Franklin. When my own selling agent didn’t have the time to take me to look at listings, I was fortunate to meet Casey at an open house. I instantly felt comfortable around her and was delighted that she took the time to show me listings that other agents were “too busy” to take the time. She is objective and LISTENS to what my desires were. I found Casey to be organized, professional, friendly, and communicative! When it came to submitting an offer, she had ideas and suggestions that benefited me! When it came to closing she was there with me very organized and thorough. She had an organized file and double-checked figures on the spot. Without a doubt, Casey would be the first person I would hire when selling and purchasing a home. I was fortunate to have found her and it was a pleasurable experience. I feel as though I was working with a friend!”

Susan C.

“I was provided Casey’s contact information through a coworker’s former agent and I couldn’t be happier. Casey quickly picked up on what I was looking for and was able to provide information on potential homes that fit my criteria. She was always quick to share her experiences and bring potential concerns to my attention. She took much of the stress out of the home buying process with her consistent reachability, friendliness, and knowledge. Casey was also very thorough in collecting information, she never hesitated with phone calls to gather additional information or clarifications which she would then promptly share with me. Casey was a friend throughout the process and an even better agent. With her on your team you can be assured of a positive experience.”

Miles M.

“Casey was so helpful and kind in our home buying process - we were in town for about 24 hrs. and she took us to 9 homes! She understood and locked in to our home style preference quickly too - we were so pleased to have partnered with her in this process. Again, Casey is great to work with - she kept us up to date with all goings-ons as we were out of state and she helped the loan process move along quickly as well!”

Patricia & Joshua A.

“I had a very broad search and Casey did an excellent job of coming to an understanding on what I wanted and was able to apply it to a vast area of surrounding locations. She was able to help me obtain a home that I am very happy with at a price that was lower than I was going to initially offer. I appreciated her honesty and she always able to give sound advice on any questions that I came up with, along the way. I would recommend her for every step of the home buying process.”
