ABOUT THE COMPANY
Founded in 2016, Yuzu Soap is a San Francisco Bay Area based business specializing in Personal Care, CBD Topicals & Home Fragrance. Our products are made using premium ingredients including plant-based oils, rich butters, yuzu, essential oils and phthalate-free fragrances. Each product is handcrafted and packaged with love and care from our production warehouse in California.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Lauren Shun, the founder of YUZU, has always had a history of sensitive skin and eczema ever since she was a small child. After learning about the harsh chemicals and synthetic detergents that are often found in commercially produced Personal Care products, she spent months experimenting with various recipes to create her own homemade products.
Many of the ingredients she used were common items found in the kitchen, such as olive oil and coconut oil. She found that her plant-based, handcrafted products were much more gentle and nourishing for her skin. After spending several years making products, she officially launched YUZU in 2016 to share her formulations with the broader community.
YUZU is a minority (AAPI), woman-owned small business based in Fremont, CA.
TERMS OF SALE
OPENING ORDERS & MINIMUMS
The minimum opening order is $300. New accounts are subject to territory approval. New account orders must be prepaid prior to shipment. Yuzu Soap reserves the right to approve or reject an account at its discretion. The reorder minimum is $200.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due upon shipment. Net 30 terms can be evaluated after three wholesale orders.
The greater of $15 or a 2.5% monthly service charge will be applied to past due invoices. A $30 service charge will be applied for bounced checks.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIMES
All orders are typically shipped within two weeks from Fremont, CA. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us if an earlier ship date is required and we will try our best to accommodate.
RETURNS
We cannot accept returns; however, if items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 5 business days from receipt with your order information and images of the damaged items.
ORDER ISSUES
Unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns without prior approval will be billed for shipping costs and incur a 15% restocking charge.
