@MVP COURTNEYCAUDELLRides with Fright
Proceed with Caution!
Revenge of the Mummy Universal Studios
Very intense roller coaster in the dark with angry mummies, bugs, and fireballs May frighten guests of any age
Skull Island - Islands of Adventure
Don't let this ride's minimum height factor fool you: the 3D visuals of mutant bugs may be upsetting and the queue itself is even more frightening, with sections that resemble a haunted house.
Harry Potter and The Forbidden Journey - Islands of Adventure
Extremely intense special effects and macabre visuals with wild simulated movement that may frighten and disorient guests of any age.
Jurassic World Velocicoaster

An extremely intense roller coaster featuring multiple high-speed launches, stomach lurching loops, and close encounters with frightening raptors
@MVP COURTNEYCAUDELLSTROLLER INFORMATION

Y E S , Y O U N E E D O N E
But do I really need a stroller?
If you have children 6 years of age or younger, using a stroller is highly recommended While most 6-yearolds have outgrown using a stroller at home, there is a lot of ground to cover Keep in mind that Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are very big theme parks (100+ acres each) and most guests are extremely grateful for the extra support for their children by the end of the day.
Stroller Details
Single stroller
$15 per day (plus a $50 deposit)
Double stroller
$35 per day (plus a $50 deposit)
There is a stroller rental kiosk located to the left of the park entrance at Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. However, strollers are not available to rent at Universal’s Volcano Bay water park

If you rent a stroller and must leave the park and return, you can get another stroller for free by showing your receipt
Note: Strollers rented from Universal Studios are made of hard plastic with no padding, and therefore unsuitable for infants
THIRD-PARTY STROLLER VENDORS
If you don't bring your own or rent from Universal

Scooterbug Orlando stroller
Scooterbug has reasonable prices and a variety of strollers The fact they deliver to your Universal resort without the need for you to be present makes using their services a great option to consider Snack trays, bag hooks, and bottle holders are all an extra $10 each You will also want to ask about renting a rain cover; a necessity in Orlando! While Florida may be called the ‘Sunshine State’, it is prone to flash rain storms and has a long rainy season between June and September I recommend bringing your own rain cover or an extra poncho to do your best to cover your stroller and belongings.
Orlando Stroller offers a variety of strollers at a reasonable price as well While they cannot leave your rental with the front desk at Universal resorts, they still deliver to Universal and Non Universal resorts for free They also offer the option to pick up your rental at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and are conveniently located at the Hold My Luggage counter at B Terminal, Level 1 Included in their price is also a free rain cover, and small cooler and all of their strollers come with cup holders They also offer insurance for $15, covering theft and any damage to the stroller.

Child Swap
W H E N E V E R Y O N E I S N ' T A B L E T O R I D E T O G E T H E R
What Is Child Swap?
Nearly every ride at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure incorporate a system called Child Swap, also referred to as Kid Swap or Baby Swap This allows younger guests to skip a ride (if they aren't tall enough or don't want to go) while everyone else in the party is still able to ride without having to re-enter the attraction line all over again
To Use Child Swap
Take the following steps to utilize Child Swap when approaching an attraction:

1 Upon arriving at the selected attraction, approach the greeting Team Member in front of the ride's entrance with your entire group and let them know you would like to use Child Swap It is important to ask before you enter the queue, because each attraction handles Child Swap differently
Your family will then be able to go through the queue all together
2 Once you've reached the attraction, members will be divided into 2 parties. "Party 1 ” includes those riding the attraction first, while “Party 2 ” consists of non riders and their supervising Guests
3 The supervising Guests of Party 2 will wait in the designated area - usually in a lightly themed room within the attraction that often has a place to sit down while Party 1 moves on and experiences the attraction.
4 After Party 1 is finished on the attraction, they’ll assume supervision of the non-riding Guests
5 The supervising Guests of Party 2 should then return to the appropriate attraction entrance. At this point, Party 2 may enter the line and board without waiting in the regular queue

RAIN

Check the weather each morning and be prepared with rain gear: Ponchos, umbrellas, an extra pair of shoes and stroller covers Most outdoor attractions will continue as long as there is no lightning
LATE OR MISSED DINING RESERVATION
Sometimes things happen and you might miss a dining reservation Know that there is usually a 15-minute grace period for dining reservations Be sure to reach out to the specific restaurant you are dining at as the restaurants at each park are not all owned by Universal and do not all share the same reservation system
SICK/INJURIES
First aid locations, for less serious needs, are located in both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure For your convenience, Universal Orlando theme parks offer basic needs from bandages, over the counter meds for aches, pains and even acid indigestion Just walk up to the station, present your symptom or need and they’ll be happy to help if possible
MELTDOWNS
Because children at Universal Studios are often over stimulated, not getting enough sleep, and have consumed too much sugar, meltdowns are a common occurance If/when this happens in your family, stay calm, take a break, and get some decent food Consider finding a quiet spot or returning to your hotel for a nap or dip in the pool to regroup
LOST ITEMS
If you lose (or find) something in Universal Studios Florida, go to the Lost and Found counter to the right of the main gate as you entered At Islands of Adventure, visit Guest Services at the front of the park If you discover your lost item after you've left the parks, call ☎ 407-407224-4233 and choose option 2
RIDE BREAKDOWNS
If a ride breaks down while you ’ re on it, it is important to follow directions and listen to staff members for your safety All rides are built with an internal evacuation system, but often the safest option for ride engineers is to get the ride going again rather than evacuate
NEED CASH
If you find you ’ re in need of cash, you will find ATMs throughout Universal Studios which are marked on the park maps There are a half-dozen ATMs in each park, plus three in CityWalk and one in each hotel Most major banking networks are accepted

Wands
Interactive wands ($59 + tax) can be purchased from both Olivander's stores as well as Gregorovitch's Wand stand (Diagon Alley). You do not need to participate in the Olivander Wand experience to purchase a wand Know, however, if you are chosen, you do have to purchase the wand if you wish to take it home

Spell Spots
Spell spots are marked by medallions set into the pavement which can be located using your map Each medallion indicates where you should stand to cast that particular spell, what direction to face, the wand movement required to cast the spell, and the words to be uttered while waving your wand.

Fanny Packs
Fanny Packs are back and perfect for visiting the parks! Certain attractions at Universal require you to remove any loose items (including backpacks) but will let you ride wearing a 3 prong fanny pack so long as it doesn't interfere with the safety restraint

Lockers

For the safety of all guests, riders are not permitted to bring bags or loose articles on board certain attractions. In this case, complimentary lockers are provided for the time it will take to queue and ride *All-day lockers are available at the front of the parks for a fee (Also, wands fit in most lockers )
Look for the Details
While visiting the Wizarding World, I highly suggest "looking up"! You'll be amazed at all the details: from a fire-breathing dragon to growling monster books and dark artifacts in Knockturn alley! Be sure to take the time to look in shop windows and around every corner!
