Prayer of Illumination Mary Crowson God, we pray that you would open our eyes to the wonders of your Word. Other Important Announcements

• Blue Star items for September are single packs of name brand instant coffee (Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Folgers) or other individual drink mixes that can be added to water (Crystal light, Gatorade, etc.)

• Hearing devices are available for those needing them. Check at the back of the church with the sound crew.

• There is a need for Sunday Children’s Church volunteers. A sign-up sheet is located on the table in the hallway. Lesson plans are already completed and provided. You do need to complete a ninety-minute Safe Ministry course online. We need two people each Sunday. Please prayerfully consider signing up for this ministry.

• Next Cooking with Plants class is September 30th from 4:00 to 6:00. Sign up sheet is in back hallway.

• Hiking Club – First hike Saturday morning, October 18. Easy trail at Paris Mountain State Park – family friendly. More details in October Newsletter. Questions? See Kerry Barnette, Mary Crowson or Tammy Than
