Chinese Honor Society: CHS is a nationally accredited high school honor society that fosters interest in Chinese culture. Students will be registered in both the local chapter and the national organization. Tutoring Students Type of Club (service) Language / Honor Society

MV Chinese Club: While focusing on important aspects of Chinese society, such as culture, language and music, we also strive to celebrate it through hands-on experience including trying various Taiwanese foods such as pearl milk tea and crispy chicken, learning about recent pop-culture, writing about basic Chinese characters and watching movies as well as learning and breaking the common myths associated with certain festivals, traditions, and stereotypes. Chinese New Year Meeting Our Chinese New Year celebration, one of our first meetings of the semester open to non-members, where we talk about the upcoming Chinese New Year in February and take an in-depth and hands on look with its associated food and tradition with fun games and quizzes.

Zoma Worldwide Summer Internship Our partner Zoma Worldwide visits our school in spring to offer an exciting internship program for high school students which allows students to go abroad over the summer and work side-by-side with professionals in Shanghai.

MV IASA: The club's purpose is to add diversity to the school campus. It allows for everyone to learn about the Indian culture and participate in Indian activities, such as drawing henna and trying new Indian foods. About Roots Christian Club is a gathering of people who seek to offer community service, small groups, speakers, Bible study, outreach events, fellowship/bonding with other students, and much more! Our purpose is to openly declare the Gospel and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, and to establish an environment for anyone to challenge, accept, or grow in the Christian faith. Join Us! Roots Christian Club offers a chance to establish community, serve, and radically live out their faith on campus, outside of their home and church. We also attempt to offer an open, comfortable atmosphere for anyone with questions to explore Christian spirituality and find a loving community. There are no membership fees whatsoever.

Inter-District BBQ: This is a once-in-a-year event where many Christian clubs from local schools gather together for a fun afternoon of barbeque, worship, fellowship, and bonding with new friends. This is a great opportunity to get to know people from other schools and enjoy a greater sense of community with others. Inter-District Praise Night: Inter-District Praise Night is another annual event, for which various local Christian clubs join together for a night of worship, prayer, and fellowship! Operation Christmas Child (OCC): OCC is a gift drive operated by an evangelical Christian humanitarian organization that we host yearly; it is a great opportunity to donate gifts to children with practical, basic needs. Join us as we put smiles on kids’ faces throughout 100 countries worldwide!

Vietnamese Student Association: VSA is a club that strives to preserve and promote Vietnamese culture. We welcome anyone interested in learning and adapting to a rich and diverse Asian culture. Pho/Bambu/Sipatea Fundraiser Throughout the year, we will be holding various fundraisers at local Pho restuarants, Bambu Desserts and Drinks, and Sipatea. A majority of the money collected will go to charities connected to Vietnam.
