401K Benefits
• Provider: Our 401K Provider is ADP. Keller Home Loans offers both traditional and Roth 401K options.
• Contribution Waiting Period: Eligible to contribute into the plan the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
• Company Contribution: We match 50% of the first 8% of employee contributions.
• Contribution Limits: IRS limits apply (2020 limit is $19,500 with $6,500 catch-up for over age 50), otherwise we do not limit contributions.

Associates are eligible for benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
