The ongoing development of our country, and the region, is dependent on the improvement in education, at all levels, and continuous investment in human capital. The Musson Foundation is committed to ensuring that all Jamaican children have the opportunity to succeed in any field they choose, while paying particular attention to introducing technology into all learning opportunities, so Jamaican children are prepared to compete in the modern world.

YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP & SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Musson Jamaica, as a company founded by entrepreneurs, has entrepreneurship as one of its core values. The Musson Foundation is therefore committed to encouraging entrepreneurship through skill development and supporting young entrepreneurs. We further recognise the value SMEs bring to the economy, and therefore support multiple projects that lead to capacity building and economic independence for entrepreneurs.

HEALTH & NUTRITION

The Musson Foundation is committed to promoting health and nutrition in our communities, especially in schools. The benefits of proper nutrition during the school day have been proven, in terms of enhancing the energy levels and well being of the children, as well as positively impacting their academic performance.

SPORTS, CULTURE & THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY

The Musson Foundation respects and promotes the culture of our country and our communities. We place a special emphasis on nurturing the creative industry including sport, visual and performing arts, music and entertainment, the media arts and animation and much more. We aim to strengthen communities through the promotion of these sectors, acknowledging the potential of the cultural and creative industry to create wealth and grow the economy.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

The Musson Foundation is committed to supporting and strengthening our communities, whether through infrastructural development, relevant training or support of community driven initiatives. We also assist however we can in emergencies.
