


2024 was an amazing year for our organization. Thank you to every business member, volunteer, and our staff for investing time, effort, and resources into Muskego Chamber’s mission. January 2025 marked a decade since I began serving this organization and what a thrill to see its progress!
This report provides a glimpse of us: networking, doing business, and having fun together as we work to make our community a prosperous, vibrant place to live, work, and play.

Hired a Full-time Executive Director and Leased Office Space at City Hall in 1990s
Moved Office to Janesville Rd (near Post Office) in 2005
Moved Office to Current Location in 2018
Updated Branding/Logos Three Times (1995, 2005, 2011)
Guided by Four Executive Directors during Past 30 Years
Governed by thirteen Board of Directors

Actively Supports 250+ Business Members in Muskego, Big Bend, Town of Norway, and Wind Lake
Organized the popular Jammin’ event since 2010
Partnered with Muskego-Norway School District on Workforce

The Chamber’s Strategic Plan covered 2021-2024 In the Third Quarter of 2024, our Board of Directors voted to extend it through 2025, allowing more time to complete its final objectives. We are proud to announce these accomplishments under each objective:
Developed and promoted Shop Local marketing through online, social media, and Muskego App opportunities.
Developed and implemented Chamber Member Roundtables
Evaluated Chamber organized events for effectiveness and value.
Formed a Small Business Council to explore and promote shop local and shop small business ideas.
Economic Development
Actively explored economic development opportunities in our community.
Identified and successfully leveraged opportunities to promote Muskego through Chamber activities, events, and marketing.
Member Engagement
Clarified our value proposition and mission statement.
Developed items such as Business Spotlights and our Annual Report to share success stories.
Increased engagement through our events, recruitment, and retention of members.
Developed a plan to ensure our objectives are being accomplished. Researched best practices and opportunities for our Chamber’s future goals and operations.
Reviewed and updated the Chamber’s Bylaws.
Began an on-going process to create a Chamber policy manual.
Workforce Development
Explored, developed, expanded, and implemented ideas that create positive workforce development experiences.
Leveraged Chamber tools and partnerships to promote local employment opportunities.
