5 STAR HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTRE

The building of boutique hotels or five star hotels in the same complex as well-known malls around the nation is a developing trend in the retail real estate sector. Whether it's Svelte at Selectcity Walk in New Delhi, Ista at Alphaone Mall in Amritsar, or Lemon Tree at Pacific Mall in Kaushambi. A new wave of change is the coexistence of hotels and malls.

It’s a win-win situation for hoteliers and mall developers as well as retailers. Similarly, the presence of Convention Centre not only caters to the growing need of such activities it ensures guest footfall during conventions for the hotel.

PROPOSED SITE

Our concept is to design such a building that can provide a sense of continuity and visual peace in our building we play with different levels which create a visual impact on the user by forming step like structure CONCEPT

In this project, approach and passion for building structures that express the solid foundations of human values, which have been emphasised by many honourable citizens of the world, including our own Gadage Baba, Gandhiji, and the likes, will lead to contemporary architecture that will stand the test of time and be sustainable as well as inclusive.

To meet the practical demands of rural India, home construction prototypes are to be created for Zilla Parishad Satara. These prototype buildings' architecture must be flexible enough to adapt to any location and climate while also taking into account the district's sociocultural and historical past The majestic Sahyadri mountain ranges and their unmatched natural beauty are home to Satara. The difficulty is in developing an adaptable architectural language that responds to its environment rather than just repeating constructed form mechanically

Satara is a city, located in Satara District of Maharashtra of India, near the confluence of The River Krishna and its tributary, The Veena The Satara district gets its name from the seven forts which are around the city. This city is also known as soldier's city

India is AsiaPacific region. With increasing enrollments, student mobility both internationally & intra-nationally has seen a significant rise & with this the demand for superior quality student accommodations is also rising.

The challenge is to design a quality & innovative Student Housing in India for 140 student occupants with all individual/shared amenities. The aim of the competition is to enhance the concept of 'Student Community Living in India".
