About the Composer!

Connor Koppin (b.1991) is a composer, arranger, and conductor of choral music. He is a graduate of Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. Koppin's music is quickly becoming recognized as substantial choral repertoire. His music has been performed across the United States by numerous choral ensembles, including a performance at Carnegie Hall. His piece, "Jesu Dulcis Memoria" was selected by the 2013-2014 Minnesota Men's All State Choir and was premiered in the Abbey at St. John's University.

He has received a number of commissions from reputable ensembles, namely The Wartburg Choir, directed by Dr. Lee Nelson. After May 2014, Koppin will have had music performed all over Europe, including a performance and premiere on Belgium radio. !

Connor currently lives in the Twin Cities and directs a high school vocal music program in the north metro area. His plans are to continuing composing and conducting music at the high school level, while pursuing a masters and doctoral degree in choral conducting.
