All heifers are guaranteed safe in calf on the day the sale closes. The buyer may have heifers pregnancy checked by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 21 days of the sale. Any heifer found open at this preg check may be returned for an adjustment. Due to conditions out of our control, this is the only guarantee offered as to pregnancy status.

All possible service sires are on file at the RAAA to make verification of offspring simple. In addition, they have each had their EPDs genomically enhanced with an HD test for the best prediction of their future progeny performance. Heifers have been sire verified and dam verified to the best of our ability. In addition, each heifer is on file at the RAAA and has had an LD genomic test done to improve the accuracy of her progeny’s expected performance.
Insurance: We recommend buyers insure their purchases to cover the transportation and acclimation periods.
Trucking: All heifers sell FOB Mushrush Ranches, Strong City, KS. Mushrush Ranches will assist in making trucking arrangements. Heifers will be fed and cared for at no cost to purchaser until November 1 - but at buyers’ risk. After November 1, feed charges will apply.
