We have invested in the most current technology available in the UK, including the latest Pearpoint Inspection Units and our new IPEK Custom-Built Zone 1 EX Camera Van. This ensures we have the right equipment for every customer.
Our CCTV Survey Units inspect pipes, sewers, culverts, and tanks with diameters ranging from 50mm to 2m, using high-specification, remote-controlled camera systems.
A CCTV survey provides an in-depth inspection of your drainage system and is essential for promptly diagnosing and fixing problems. The survey process helps identify blockages, leaks, cracks, tree root intrusions, collapsed drains, and the overall structural condition of the drainage network.
Each survey is recorded with the latest Wincan VX Software, enabling the CCTV Operator to view the live survey and provide the customer with real-time updates from the site.
Upon completion, each survey undergoes quality control by our highly experienced staff. Our clients receive a comprehensive, detailed report and a marked-up drawing of our findings.
Reports are securely available via Wincan Web, allowing you to maintain a trustworthy, digital copy of the footage. The exceptional accuracy of Clearwater’s CCTV Reports enables our experienced team to recommend cost-effective solutions for any issues identified and provide quotations for all remedial works.
Our comprehensive service is built around your needs. We are available to our customers 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you require assistance with planned work or have an emergency, our extensive range of capabilities ensures we have a solution for all your requirements. Our fully trained and certified operatives provide a safe and efficient service, always guaranteeing quality.
Our dedicated engineers keep you informed. When you book a CCTV drain survey, our team arrives promptly with the latest technology and tools. They’ll introduce themselves, explain the process, and answer questions professionally.
With years of experience, our team handles any drainage issue, ensuring you receive top-quality service.
Based on the findings of our reports, our team can perform targeted repairs using no-dig techniques like patch lining, root cutting, and robotic cutting.
These methods are designed to restore your drainage system quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption and cost.
Reducing the impact on your operations and saving you money is our mission.
After the survey, we compile a comprehensive report detailing our findings.
The report includes high-resolution images and videos, and clearly explains any issues discovered.
We also provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance.
Our process ensures minimal disruption for you. Our team sets up the CCTV equipment with precision and care.
Our state-of-the-art cameras and access to tools empower us to navigate even the most challenging of drainage systems.
Our approach ensures no problem goes unnoticed. Our CCTV surveys detect damage, obstructions, and drainage issues. Working remotely with specialist CCTV equipment, we pinpoint blockages, rodent infestations, and damaged pipework.
Our cameras provide a clear, real-time view of pipes, allowing us to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
Our engineers analyse the live footage, identifying any issues such as root intrusions, cracks, or blockages.
This detailed examination helps us understand the exact condition of your drainage system and pinpoint problem areas accurately.
To maintain our position as a leading UK environmental company, we conducted thorough research and selected the Muller Recycler. In 2015, Clearwater introduced the Muller Canalmaster II Recycler, nicknamed the ‘MASTER BLASTER’, the most efficient sewer cleaning machine. Unlike traditional systems, it uses recycled water instead of fresh water from hydrants.
We have continued to invest in the latest Muller Recycler Units, regularly updating our fleet. Our Muller Recycling Units clean drains, sewers, culverts, and tanks using recycled water, making our on-site time more productive and cost-effective for customers. This approach significantly reduces water usage and our carbon footprint. Recyclers can draw water from various sources, separating debris for disposal and reusing water for jetting. This minimises waste, benefiting both the environment and our customers. The Muller Recycler also enhances health and safety by reducing the need for confined space entry, allowing jet washing, vacuuming, and debris removal without man-entry.
ATEX Zone is a classification system for areas at risk of explosions due to flammable gases, vapours, dust, or powders. The ATEX directive categorises the equipment that can safely operate in these zones, with intrinsically safe designs preventing ignition from electrical or thermal energy.
Zone 1 is where an explosive atmosphere is likely during regular operations. Equipment here must be flame-proof or designed with protection, and users must be trained for safe handling.
Safety is paramount in explosive zones. Our iPEK Ex ROVION CCTV Survey Unit and inspection systems ensure safety in ATEX Zone 1 environments.
Our ATEX Zone 1 Rated CCTV System features an Ex Pan & Tilt Camera RCX90 with 360-degree rotation and an EX Crawler RX130 QCD with an armoured cable reel up to 300m. For larger pipelines, we offer a Camera elevator kit RED200 (elevating up to 600mm) and an extension kit (up to 1000mm) for inspections up to 1m.
The iPEK ROVION EX system includes the VC500 control panel, which enables easy navigation and control of the crawler and camera. The 213mm screen is for viewing, image capture, and video recording. Data transfer is simple via USB or direct to Wincan VX or Wincan Web software.
All iPEK ROVION Inspection System equipment is Zone 1 Rated, allowing safe operation in petrochemical sites, distilleries, and other explosive risk locations.
Clearwater is fully equipped with specialist tools for any job, ensuring a comprehensive, safe, and quality service tailored to our client’s needs.
At Clearwater, we specialise in using cutting-edge repair techniques and innovations to restore your drainage systems to peak condition with minimal disruption. Our investment in advanced methods and state-of-the-art technology enables us to efficiently and cost-effectively address a wide range of issues.
Our ultraviolet (UV) lining process is fundamental to our no-dig solutions. We are proud to offer the NuFlow UV lining system, with Clearwater being the UK’s only certified contractor. UV lining delivers durable repairs to sewers and pipes without the need for excavation.
The process involves inserting a resin-coated liner into the pipe, which is then cured in place using double helix CCUV LED light ropes, completing the curing in as little as 10 minutes. This method is perfect for busy and restricted access sites, providing a robust solution that reinforces the existing pipeline and prevents future leaks and failures.
Our commitment to no-dig solutions ensures less disruption to your property and faster repair times.
By avoiding excavation, we complete repairs more quickly, reduce costs, and minimise environmental impact.
Our no-dig techniques are designed to restore your drainage systems with minimal intrusion. These methods maintain your property’s aesthetic and structural integrity.
Our patch lining technique repairs damaged pipe sections without excavation. This involves inserting a resin-soaked patch into the affected area, inflating it, and curing it in place.
The result is a seamless, durable repair that extends the lifespan of your drainage system.
Patch lining is perfect for addressing smaller, localised damage quickly and cost-effectively, with minimal disruption to your property and operations.
Tree roots can invade drainage systems, causing blockages and damage.
We use specialised root-cutting tools to navigate through pipes, removing intrusive roots without harming the surrounding structure.
This method ensures clear, unobstructed flow and prevents future root intrusion, protecting your drainage system and maintaining optimal function.
